Honestly, you really do need to invest a bit more time and effort in the training of your girls. Isn't it odd that a line of work that requires considerable physical and social skills to perform well does not come with a standardized orientation and job training program that ensures workers have the basic skills needed to perform the job at a high standard. It would not be very difficult to create a job training program.
