I have ZERO experience with MP´s in DXB, but when a friend asked, I grabbed a newspaper and found two ads that were on the mark.

Contribute your MP FR´s and experiences (by pm to me if you want) and I will collate them into something we can put in the posts of distinction thread and avoid the weekly (monthly?) posts asking for mp info. I just skimmed the POD and there was nothing specifically about mp´s. UTFSE is obviously beyond the grasp of the vast majority of punters.

This will make our RTFF suggestions even more powerful, indeed we could change it to RTFPOD (read the FRIENDLY posts of distinction.)

It seems that the internet site of Fantasia hotel [url]www.fantasiahotel-uae.com[/url] was closed before I could check. I will go to Dubai in September, how can I book a room at Fantasia hotel, does anyone have the adress and phone / fax number ? How can I get a VIP card ? I know many questions, but I didn't find it in the reports, but report will follow.

But maybe you did, just no time to write an FR of how you were successful (or weren't)? Same true with BKK? Pretty difficult NOT to find an MP there! For anyone asking questions, the 1st question to ask [u]yourself[/u] is if this would seem to be a common question and might it not already have been answered? Then go look BEFORE posting. 1st time visitors, junior punters welcome to ask questions, just do your homework 1st. Asking "common" questions, which have been answered, especially when you have no "credit", is just asking NOT to get an answer.

Hit the York about midight on Thursday, very black, poor m/f ratio (3:1?), ropy PRC's and not the fun and friendly vibe I we had the last two times in Dubai. Bailed after a dring to the Cyclone, and following my Rule No. 1, always pick a smiler, and preferably one who dances, we passed up a couple of miserable but gorgeous looking CIS (1500 Dh firm) girls for two lovely PRC smilers. Although expensive (1000 Dh) they were great GFE, willing and able and very accomodating. Both of them worked together to help me and my mate out for the third time as we were on our chinstraps by then.

Saturday night we tried the Regal after hearing about it on this Forum. Great! A really nice blend of York and Cyclone, lovely lovely CIS girls. We found a couple of blonde beuties who alas did not have their original passports, a necessity at our hotel (not staying there again), and ended up with a couple of other Russian firecrackers.

Nuff said I am tender from our weekend, bu Dubai still has it for me. I know a lot of the talk of the DBX reesidnets is about prices, and probably holiday punters like us happy to pay 1000 dh does not help, but when you are on holiday it just gets lost in the noise after all. Next time we are goint to get a booth at the Regal.

JP, really enjoyed your report BUT it was very indiscreet to mention the girl on the 4 points. To the best of my knowledge there are only 2 kenyan girls working there (O & S) but regardless they will now be hit on by every guy checking in.

While I lament the price hikes like anyone else, I concur with Bravo, if Slugger had a good time, more power to him! Trust me Slugger, YOU (or others on holiday) are not the problem, you are just a bonus to the ladies.

The "looking for smilers" tactic can work out (though not always) and certainly shows the correct attitude on your part. I doubt you will have too many problems.

If you get to know these girls, they too enjoy decent company even though economics rules most of the time, there are nice girls who are willing to forgoe a financial killing for a "safe" punter like Bravo (or even myself for that matter.)

I got a call from Ahmed today (from the Fantasia) and he gave me a "heads up" about some changes (he called it transition) in the company. He hinted at a new venue, with a very, VERY exclusive client base. When I can squeeze more info out of him, I will post it. As for now, they are fully booked until late September (sorry Frank_os) but told me that VIP and VVIP members can always book a room. ;)

It would be a benefit to the rest of the forum if you actually told us WHICH hotel you were staying at so that we could avoid it (or cross reference and confirm it's status with the list on Reports of Distinction). Checking out your first post by searching the forum said that you stayed (in the past) at the Grand Hyatt. Is this the same one you are staying at this time?

Thanks for your note; you're right, and perhaps I should not have mentioned her nationality, but to be honest, she is neither an O or an S, so perhaps someone else?

Better to stay at nearby Four-Points Sheraton or other GF hotels.

Frank, of the twelve reports you have posted all ask questions and three say 'report to follow'.

You really need to establish some credibility before being allowed into the exclusive Fantasia club... try actually submitting an FR or two.

Speaking of which I went out on a crawl last night. Started at Jockeys for the members draw which now starts at a stupidly early 9pm. Met some mates including the long absent 'Richard the Pervert' who has been in China for a long time. All 3-'s the place is dire, I only go in on draw nights.

Moved on to Staying Alive in the Imperial Suites at about 10pm. Long time since I was there. No entry fee. No band. Lots of CIS and PRC's all in the low 4-5 region. Aproached by a blonde in a slaggy blue halter neck, too much blue eye shadow and a big arse. Opened at 1000! Dropped to 500 very quickly but to bad even for my low standards.
Went accross to the 'pub' quiet, but two stunning PRC's one looked very much like Jennifer ex York - regulars will know who I mean. My mates tried and they opened at 800 or 1500 for the pair ummm interesting.

Made our way to the Regal at 11pm. Quiet - Mondays are excellent. By 1130 M/F ratio was 2/4 quite a few newbies including a blonde(Miss L) standing near Miss K who was happy to introduce me. She was an 8 opening at 1K but dropped to 700 unfortunately was not interested in a 3some with my GF. Ah well you can but try. Rest is a blur as the booze took effect.

Had a routine work medical this morning luckily the doc found some blood in my alcohol!

As to the booth at the Regal, I meand one in the bar for 'parading in front of' purposes. I have picked up from the threads (yes I do read past ones) that the Regal is not GF. Neither the York. Bit of a paradox but then again we are not in the reall world as we know it.

Interestingly as we turned up for the final nights marathon on Saturday, an Arab guy in full white regalia was signing in an arab woman in full black abaya and hijab, only eyes showing. The night porter said she was not from the gulf and there were many iranian/syrian/iraqi women working there for the Arab men. Not my cup of tea, but I can't wait for the next pontificating sermon from one of the locals. Wish I had a camera on me.
