Oxygen resort
Like you say. It does look like a blast. This link is an article that came out in Hustlers mar2007 about the place. I see allot of chatter about it across the web with no information anywhere so I went out of my way to get this posted.
Enjoy
I agree with you that quality over quantity. I am specifically more attracted to natural blonds. Does O2 have any? Do you happen to have pictures of the girls you met?
I was going to make a reservation, now that they increased rates and reduced the number of girls, I am hoping I can see some face shots of the girls before I go.

This link is an article that came out in Hustlers mar2007http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?bdonqaumbbd
Actually, it's in the March 2008 issue, which I don't think is on the news stands yet. (They usually hit about 2 months before the cover date.) Have any idea who posted it? I wrote the article and I haven't even gotten my copy yet.

Coco Hotel
Tony,
The asking price for the Coco hotel is $275K, if our group picked it up for $250K and we had 12 guys in @ $25K a piece this would put us in good shape to develop a corp. put a Owners Penthouse on the roof and provide some needed up grades. Check out details @ www.dominican-properties.com

Bike rental/Weather
Sorry to ask non mongering questions but it does relate to my mongering trip.
Ive been to the DR a few times but recently moved my operation to sosua which Im not thrilled about. Im used to caberete which promotes a more active lifestyle.
1. I would really like to rent a bicycle in sosua. Is this possible and from who?
I know a tour company in caberete called iguana tours and they offer rentals for $25...too pricey in my book.
I feel trapped when I am in sosua and would like to roam around the non touristy areas. I enjoyed doing this in jamaica but the women are not as pretty.
2. I can easily read weather reports but what is going on this minute in the DR ? How often does it rain these days ? Its always an issue with me.
Im looking into traveling at the end of this month but Im still shopping for countries..hard to do with the falling dollar.
Thank you for your help.

Weather
I was in Sosua 2nd week of last January. It seemed to rain almost every day or at least every other day late in the evening for an hour or so but it seemed to always stop just around 10:00pm. I remember because I always walked from the Europa to the bars and the rain would just be ending. I think $25 dollars is too expensive. You can rent a dualsport motorcycle for that price. But that's not a bad idea renting a bicycle.

Coco Hotel
Eltoro Gringo,
I'm interested too but from the pictures of the hotel I see an expensive and extensive renovation project. The rooms are small, twin beds? Pink walls? No A/C? Only 12 rooms? With twelve investors if we were all there at the same time we would have to shut the place down. I don't want to be negative, I'm interested in seeing if it could be done.

Oxygen question
Just a few questions for Bdhabtz or Rio Joe, or anyone else who's been there.
Where is it? I know the airport is POP but more specific if you could. Would they allow a potential future customer to visit during the day, sort of an inspection tour to see if I'd want to stay there on a future trip? The last time I was down there I visited the Mustang Ranch and they gave me the grand tour, answered all my questions, and the manager gave me her card. They were cool, although I was less than impressed with the place as a whole and would not choose to stay there.
I'm probably going down in a few weeks for 3 or 4 days of R and R and usually prefer finding my own action over places like Black Beards. I understand this place is a cut above BB so sorry if the comparison offends anyone. Black Beards has its fans too, and I can say I did have fun when I stayed, but once was enough for me there.

Hello,
Well just have a question for all the experienced travellers out there.
I want to take a week sexcapade to South America.
Limited spanish skills, but fairly seasoned traveller. Very limited budget.
What country would your recommend? Basically only going for the action.
Been researching Cuba, DR and Colombia so far.
Thanks!

With limited experience, time, budget and language skills, wherever you go, you should go to a place where you can a controlled environment with assistance in making connections.
If you go to DR (my suggestion) definitely Blackbeards.
In Colombia, do some research on Medellin Mansion.
In both places, they will assist you and you will be less likely to have
a bad experience.
Good luck in your search.

Thanks!
Very limited budget will limit your options. That is cool if you know a place and how to manever, but for a first time you want the full expierience. I'm not talking about strickly sex. But good food and good people. Columbia, Cuba, and D. R. Are good options but have fun and spend money, you are on vacation treat yourself right, you deserve that. If action is what you want, and not the experience a very limited budget might regulate you to street duty.
Good hunting
