Easy enough. In fact, everytime I got out of a ktv, I ended up bringing two girls back to my hotel, just can't help it. Just one girl usually have better GFE but when you are at the end of a long ktv evening with both girls equally pretty and sexy and good to you, what do you do?
I guess you need to be more specific, like exactly where and in what venues. In bars, most WGs have friends and they are more then eager to push their less attractive friend to go with you, the same can be said about sanna. KTV is where you find the 8,9/10 girls and in order to have a good threesome, the two girls will need to like each other, so may not work the first time you try, especially the 9/10 girls, they usually will only do that if the other girl is to the same quality, and it is hard to have two 9/10 in the same night.

I recently spent my first few days in Guangzhou. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Here's the report on the relevant stuff:
Stayed in the Hotel Canton, thanks to recommendations here (Thx Fillmore). It was a comfortable and convenient location for someone unfamiliar with the city. Reasonably centrally located, within walking distance of a metro stop, many restaurants (some with some without English menus - both were fun) and the shopping/walking street Beijing Lu (actually the hotel is situated at the very north end of that street). Beijing Lu held little interest for shopping for me, as the clothing and items sold here are all fairly typical of the things I could easily buy at home in the USA rather than anything especially Chinese, but the fun part is that this is such a scene of couples, friends and family groups in the evenings out for a stroll and shopping. The portions of the street that are closed to vehicles became jam packed with people having a nice time - it was an enjoyable scene to watch. If course, there are the touts who try to lead you into a shop to buy watches or t-shirts - they are the only real annoyance I found there. Eventually I learned to just brush them away with "pu yuan" (no money, no thanks - the pronunciation was close enough between the two that I wasn't sure which they heard from me, but it seemed to get rid of them in any case)... The restaurants I found interesting (had a killer noodle dinner for 10 yuan one night) are to be found about half way down where the traffic begins again, on a road that crosses Beijing Lu.
Walking down Beijing Lu all the way to the river was a good hike - maybe about 3 kilometers? But once I got there, I found another nighttime scene that was quite fun. I had decided to check out the sauna at the South America Hotel, which is on the southern (opposite) side of the river, quite a ways to the east of where Beijing Lu meets the river. I has nothing to do that was pressing and enjoy walking - it was a warm, but not too warm evening - so I decided to see whether I could find it on foot. I walked along the river for quite a while, and then decided to cross on one of the bridges and see what was up on the other side. Of course, the map I had did not have the hotel, but I had estimated from a google map search where it was, and it should be visible from the road along the river. I probably walked another 5 kilometers and was about to give up when I suddenly found myself in front of it!
The South America Hotel sauna - ok, you walk in and there is a sign for a spa, but not one immediately for a sauna, so without thinking I allowed myself to be led to the elevator and the 4th floor for the spa. I was led to a couch and shown the menu. Something didn't seem right. Prices were too high and there were too many herbal wrap and facial remedies to be the right place. So I asked if this was the only place for a massage and was redirected back to the lobby, where, had I walked around the side of the reception I would have been greeted by someone to sign me in to the sauna after taking my shoes and giving me sandals. Having de-shoed, I walked up the flight of stairs to the changing room - now that is beginning to look more like a sauna' albeit a very modern one. Stowed my stuff away in a locker and headed in to the main part - there's an area with tables for relaxing andf eating from the free food and drink bar (not to much there, but a snack can be had), as well as lots of pools with water of varying temperature, various kinds of spray thingies that can be aimed at different parts of your body for faux massage effect, etc. Showered first and then spent a while in the hot pool - it was good and hot - and then emerged. A couple of guys offered me this or that kind of body scrub, but I declined since I was heading up another floor for a real massage. Got there and signed in for a Thai massage.
The rooms are quite nice, though they have a window on the doors, which means any unapproved hanky panky can be witnessed, so I knew it was probably a by the book kind of place. Since I had learned at the sauna at the Hotel Canton the night before that "Thai oil massage" in these parts in code for a nicely oiled happy ending, I chose that. My masseuse was a cute young girl (they all seemed quite easy on the eyes as I looked around on going in), wearing a uniform that consisted of short white skirt and t-shirt, sort of on the edge of being a sexual uniform, but not quite. Got settled in and had a nice massage, with indeed a very matter of fact ending where the girl asked me if I wanted a HJ (using the universal sign language), and then reaching up and pulling down the shorts they had me in for the massage and sitting between my legs with a bottle of oil. She was quite good at it, and an enjoyable time was had for little Stew.
Up on another floor there is a cafeteria where you can pay for a complete meal. One interesting thing about this sauna is that it is not only for men. Men and women are in separate areas, but when you go upstairs to eat or to get a massage, you have to wear your little shorts and shirt outfit, because there will be women customers in the waiting and eating areas also.
Well, a fine time was had for a few hours at the South America Hotel sauna, and then I emerged quite late in the evening (maybe around 11) and started walking back to my hotel. I crossed the river right away (there are 4 or 5 bridges I could have used) and ended up walking on the north side of the river most of the way. The boardwalk there is quite a lively scene. Some of the bars/clubs that others have written about as pickup joints are along the river here, as well as many restaurants. On the boardwalk itself you'll find kids practicing rollerblading tricks and SWs practicing another kind of trick. I was approached by at least 10 as I strolled along the walk, some ok, but none particularly catching my fancy enough to take her back to my place. Had a meal and walked the rest of the way back to my hotel. End of a tiring but enjoyable night in Guangzhou!

Look about 5 posts earlier (#1078)- I discussed the Canton sauna there. Clearly more is on offer there than HJ. Did not see any SWs on Beijing Lu.
I understand the hotel is GF from other posts, but did not try myself.

Excellent report from Stew, great job man!
SW can only be found either near Garden Hotel area, or along the river as Stew observed. Those near the river are usually much older and you will not want to get anywhere near them. SW near Garden Hotel also no good. Aside from sauna, GZ is a bar/club big city, so you will have much better chance to find WG in bars. Too bad Stew was too tired from his long walk that he probably didnt try out these bars. Those along the river have the best looking girls, but very hard to get to them, so most people just take the easy road to Kama.
As for Hotel Canton, it was girl friendly when I stayed in the last few years. You take the girl back from the back entrance. There were a couple of security guys there but they never stopped me, even though it was after 11pm, the typical cut off time in other hotels. With all the crack down going on before the asia game though, things can change.
I will be in GZ in Sept as well, so if you would like, we can hook up to hunt in the bars.

Yes, most in GZ are business travellers who do not care to post anything.
If you want the most beautiful, then consider Marau. GZ does have very beautiful WGs but they are hard to get to. Only way I know is through ktv and you need to have multiple visits before any of such girl will consider going back to your hotel. If you are not a high roller, best bet is to take the train to CP, it is only 40 min from GZ but you do need to stay in a hotel in CP rather then GZ, that would be the drawback.

Service was not as good as Shichang, but wasn't bad - I may just have had good luck with the girl @ Shichang but again the price was slightly lower too.
On my way back to my hotel past 1 am, I did see a few BBSs around the area with a few girls sitting in. Didn't go in to them or check the prices out. I suppose OAH can give in more up-to-date reports on Panyu.
On a sidenote, there seems to be a SPA/Sauna right next to Panyu Hotel - anyone tried that of late? OAH - do they offer any FS? And just so I do not overpay next time (if I did) are there any other sauna+FS in the area in the RMB 400-500 range?[/QUOTE]

Sorry for the delayed reply. I have a buddy that has a regular girl he sees at the Sichang Sauna and he pays 700 so you did not pay that much over. The sauna next door is a sister operation with another place nearby. It is next to another hotel but I can never remember the street names. If you take a left after the McDonalds next to the Panyu Hotel, go up past the bus station to the first intersection and turn right, it is just past the police station on the left hand side. The price in both places is 560 RMB, but line-ups have been thin when I have stopped by.
I am not familiar with a FS sauna next to the Panyu Hotel, but if you are talking about the place off the pedestrian overpass, it used to be legit but I've not checked it out for a couple of years.
I really need to do some more hunting in the area. Recently, most of the SW are gone, even late at night. And, even the one BBS that had survived nearly every crackdown to date was shut when I drove by a couple of days ago and all the former cheap HJ joints are history in the area. I am keen to know what BBS you walked by. I only know of one other BBS where HJ/BJ is available upstairs but nearly all the girls are porkchops.
