Yes I agree with you about eye contact. However it's probably best not to overdo it or turn it into too much of an insincere strategic move, or else that will probably be sensed by those you are trying to charm.

Watch Thai guys do their thing, the straight ahead flirt is the way, and same as a dance, be cool. Thai girls are just waiting for you, and they LOVE the attention. All you have to do is step up, learn the ropes and take the lead. Easy as riding a bicycle, and your sweet baby will perform magic to meet your expectations. ( I just love that look on their face, raised eyebrows, big eyes, as if they are asking "Like this?")

It really is pretty hard to overdo the concept, IMHO, just try not to act like an "E" stoned teenager that accidentally took some of his dad's Viagra. :D

Be yourself, rather than trying to put on some style designed to impress the locals. Thais are pretty good at picking up on sincerity or the lack of it.

I see one papasan on the street and we talk and "shoot the breeze". He several times has called a girl at home because he knows what I like and got her in on her day off. To me, that is what service is alll about, only costs 100 or 200thb, but the rewards will be worth it.

OK, who's insincere? Thai sincerity is about as real as a Lady Gaga katooey in Phuket. I've only been here in Thailand for 26 years, much of it in Chiang Mai, it's not about sincerity at all, ask any Thai guy. It's about fun, and being able to push it a little harder & better than the last dipwad. If you can't make a Thai girl pretend she is somewhere else than where she really is, you deserve to be stuck with what-ever-the-fuck you get: A ticking clock and a push out the door when your lame little wishing game is over. Try a dancing in the dark attitude and a smile, it works.

OK, let's talk reality. Many farangs, Japanese and Chinese complain about the services at Nataree. I'm just tipping a hand as to what works for the kid. What, like Thai GFE is sincere? Next time at Nataree go for some DFK, and see how far you get "being yourself". Heh. I am only talking Nataree here. (From the time you walk in, the chicks can all see how the papa treats you and where you stand in the pecking order, and guess what? Umm, well hell yeah, everything matters.)

By the way, I love "Betong" the town. Great place, a Chinese oasis in the middle of total absolute fucking madness.

I frequently get frustrated in Bangkok because the Cowboy/Nana doesn't open until ~8:00 PM and close at ~1:00 AM, which is such a small window if I'm looking to do multiple ST sessions. And I feel like I'm stuck in traffic for half of that time commuting between the bars and the hotel. So I think I need to start earlier, and keep going later.

I know about Biergarten, what are other good bars to meet ladies, during the day?
What after hours action is available? Prefer to stick to bars/disco and not MP's or SW's.


Also are there are particular days of the week which are better/worse? (as far as lady/customer ratio) I have really back luck with Japanese guys stealing away the perfect lady. Even when I come up the next day at the time she arrives there is a Japanese guy waiting for. So frustrating.

It is in the basement of the Ambassador hotel (some 100 meters before the Grand President). I haven't been there this year but some months ago it was very busy until late, 3 am if memory serves.

I also read that Nana disco is open again.

This said keep in mind that many of the girls that you meet in these clubs also work in the street or in the Nana car park. They simply increase their request when they are in the disco.

The first part of Patpong I, Surawong side, is a building site. I wonder if they're building a string of brand new gogo bars. Or a shopping center.

One option is Cafe Thermae - stays open for about an hour after Cowboy closes. It isn't to everyone's taste, but it is an option. I have also met some of the women I saw there walking around the neighborhood near Nana and Sukhumvit after Thermae closed... but you said you didn't want SWs.
