I bet everyone on this forum has stories that make them cringe from their 'cherry trip'! You live and learn and you seem the type who will catch on quickly.

My advice for any first-timers is never let the girls know it's your first time. If you do, they will sense money and it's more likely you'll be over-charged. If they ask 'you been here before? ' tell them it's your third time and it's your favourite place. I guarantee you won't be ripped off! My second piece of advice is to read this forum extensively before each trip. All info on prices is here and you can always ask questions. If you are armed with information when you are on the front-line, if you get quoted sky-high prices you can smile, say 'too much' and move on to the next bar.

To the other more experienced mongers: I assume it is still possible to get the girl's phone number and set up a rendezvous when she is off work thus avoiding stupid bar fines.

How much would a Philippino working in AC on wages be paid per hour?

Reason I ask is it'd be interesting to know so appropriate tips can be decided.

While I come from a country where tipping is NOT normal, while away I believe in slipping security / housekeeping / waiters a little, improves the service.

One or two hours wages (at the person's rate) is not extravagant and can help the little things. It obviously is more meaningful to them financially than to me, but an appropriate tip is what I'm trying to determine.

I know they don't earn a huge amount, but the better hotels must pay a decent rate, that's what I'd like to know. No good tipping based on a street sweeper's rate, and no reason to tip based on US / Aust / EU rates.

So, any resident / regular foreign mongerers know how much staff at a good hotel get paid? Happy to use rates at say ABC as a basis, even though I'll be staying this time at Pacific Breeze.

One very important item. Make sure that you, the girl, and the mommie understand exactly what you want from her. How long you expect her to stay, what services she should perform, etc.

IMHO this is the most important item, after you decide on which girl you want. Then she knows what is expected, and if there is a problem you have some recourse. It isn't very romantic, but neither is finding yourself with your dick in your hands when you expected it to be in her mouth.

Tipping is something I do for "extra performance", and never more than 2-3 hundred pesos. I almost always give them 100 for trike even though I know they will spend 8 for a jeep.

I also sometimes will give them money to buy something special to wear, if I want to see them dressed in a certain way.

So what IS the recourse? Suppose I take a 3000k dancer from Atlantis at 9PM. We call over Mommy and go over the details. All good. Everyone's on the same page, she's staying till 9AM. Then at midnight, she gets the <insert excuse here text message and tells you that she has to go. What is the recourse? If I go back to Atlantis, will Mommy let me pick another 3K dancer?

I just got back from 3 days in AC. It was my first trip there, and I did have a runner from Atlantis. I wasn't sure what to do. I debated going back to complain to Mommy, but decided against as I did take two pops. My biggest concern was that I would like to have a good reputation at the better bars, and stumbling in half drunk at 1AM raising hell because my hooker left early would not further those ends.

So what is my recourse, other than learning from it and trying to be a better picker for next time?
