I'm usually in Medellin with a colleague but right now I am here solo for a good month. I could use some company at times. Probably more so for a night out and some drinking than mongering per se. I've got about enough going with girls from Facebook etc. And am not that big on walking the streets looking for p4p. I am all for going to a strip joint once in a while, but that whole mansion thing with a bunch of gringos not speaking a word of Spanish having local putas served, that's not my thing at all.
I'm heading into my late 30's, but still look and party like a 28 year old. I'm from Europe, speak English and Spanish. I like Havana, as it sits up a bit so you have nice vantage for views. Early evenings, if you pick a table close to the street and grab a beer, you could nurse it for hours watching eye candy. Late morning and noon, I prefer Cafe Juan Vladez. Free wi-fi helps me make my plans for the afternoon.

Honestly. And I am totally open for reactions on this. I find that it is almost impossible to find really, really hot girls on the public p4p scene in Medellin be it strip clubs or casas, and I also think that gringos have such a bad rep now that's it's increasingly harder to strike up a flirt with a hot girl in a bar or club or a mall, so I am doing so much hard work on facebook (as they are generlly way more tranquila when at home chatting where nobody sees them) to get some quality action in this city. If anybody else does as much work as me I was thinking maybe we could save some time.

They do give you a ticket for your luggage, actually. I like the microbus, although I didn't know there were two different routes. It's not very convenient to get off en El Centro if your final destination is Poblado. Barry of Poblado Rentals has taken this so far that he actually takes a regular bus from Hotel Nutibara to the airport to depart. But I do think 60, 000 for a taxi from the airport is an unnecessary expense.
Hello I use Google translate and I just bought an IPad and downloaded the Say Hay app. Both need wireless internet to work. Does anyone know of a translator that will work without the internet?

Usability: The interface is similar to World Nomads'—useful travel phases, divided by category, organized in a simple, straightforward fashion.
Frustrations: Some translations seem less than necessary (guess what the Italian words pizza, lasagne, and tiramisu mean in English?). More languages would be nice. Also, Coolgorilla is a British company, which means you need to translate things into British English in your head first (chips are French fries). I have been to Medellin many times and the locals can't stand the gringos. All we want to do is bang and use drugs both on a large scale. I try to explain that were on vacation. The pros and some non pros enjoy the parting gringos. What ever. But, if your going to try to flirt to a true local girl she will pre judge you, gringos have money and only want to party.

I am a big fan for saving money by taking the shuttle bus (do it all the time now when I go to Brasil) but the flight times for Medellin is usually terrible. Arriving to MDE after 8pm and departing at 6am! Any suggestions to save money? Especially if you are not staying at Hotel Nutibara?

Hello its come to our attention that the mansion has told the girls that frequent there establishment that any girl who gets caught going to the apartments will no longer be able to step foot in the mansion. To this all I have to say is how very sad. They first told Fernando the driver that he couldn't take people to the apartments or he no longer would be allowed to work there with the clients.
To counter this anyone staying at my places, we on request will turn over girls names, numbers, if you so desire this.
We also remind our clients and anyone else staying in the apartments that Facebook has 100's of girls online looking to meet and greet.
These girls are not employee's of the mansion and should be able to do what they wish. But again there are hundreds of other girls out there. I can no longer recommend to people staying there due to there immature antics.
