For all bars. The BF price is an all inclusive. The girls part and bars are paid from it. No additional money is REQUIRED. But
Fields bars do not have St prices. Although some girls will say they will only go ST. So you are paying LT rate for a ST session.
Santos / Raymond st (Blow road). Have both ST and LT rates. Two different prices. Runners are RARE. But these are BJ girls and have HUGE mileage on them from quick 20 min BJ's all day in back rooms. Unless you catch one fresh from the province. (many take to their hotel room for better ambiance)
Perimeter bars. Some have ST rates. Some don't.
#1 rule of thumb to remember. After the Deed is done 1 time (god or bad) (no matter how long agreed or how many times). There are NO REFUNDS. From no bars. If you are LUCKY you might bet sympathy of a drink or see her verbally scolded (if that pleases you). But no refund.
Technically you were fucked. Maybe in more ways than one. But still you were fucked.
So choosing wisely is ALWAYS important.
Some choose to include the mamasan during the agreement between the girl. But in any case it won't matter once you have punched the cookie. Hehe. No refund.
Now if she refuses to sex period. Then you can take her back to the bar. Each bar has its own policy in this case. Some do NOTHING. You are just SOL. Some will refund the BF and others will offer another girl. But there is no STANDARD.
Remember this is ILLEGAL and really the bars have no upper hand in the matter. If they fire the girl. She just moves to another bar. If she's a earner. They lose serious money. Each bar only has so many REAL earners.
As for tip. I'd say that is a personal preference and each person has their own opinions
Tipping has been ingraned into the Philippino's by the USA so yes the girls look forward to tips. With an expectation on a certain level.

But as a standard. I'd say for

So I said fine, lets go talk to the Mamasan. So, we went back to Insomnia and I talked to the Mamasan, and then she talked to the girl. She came back and said since I fucked her once, she can only give me back half my money, and I thought that was fair, so I took it.
Don't be afraid to go back to the Mamasan or manager and tell them what happened. It might not always work, but at least it shows the bars you won't accept this kind of behavior.

If you made the deal with the mommy present, most likely she will refund a good portion of the fine, if it is half, then the girl won't get anything, because I can guarantee you that the bar won't give up their half!

In london its £100 an hour for an eastern european girl and £150 for a half decent english girl. Just need to add couple of things. I have seen and heard guys arguing in the bar, in the room, outside etc with the girl about sex or lack of it. I have delivered some ISG FR`s in other threads such as Thailand / BKK and China / Beijing and through them I pretty much support Vielendank in his writing regarding DIA girls.
