In some establishments you only pay the house the fee for the room and the massage and everything else is left to be discussed between you and the girl. But if the service was good I usually give her a little extra. In other places where all services are included in the basic price, again I will give the girl a little extra.

Mind you, don't go overboard with the amount of the tip: a few hundred baht is perfectly OK. Remember that for hundred baht she can get herself a very good lunch or even dinner.
