Anyone else having issues with Locanto?

I'm unable to add a backup email as Locanto hasn't sent a confirmation email about adding the email.

A friend is also trying to register for a new locanto account and has been trying since Wednesday night and still hasn't received a registration email to confirm it.

I have sent a tweet, a facebook message and also filled in the form to contact them on the site.

I am also waiting for customer support to transfer my 12 month premium membership to my new locanto account. I think they are having issues in their systems.
