Saboon at Seasons Tower: 228 PRC, others available; like E2 in facilities & gets real crowded, so just do regular traditional massage / facial to wait for your hottie.

Deluxe at Federal: 210 Viet. 230 PRC / Malay / local Chinese. 260 Korean & new PRC / Malay; kinda small / cozy compare to 3 above, CC accepted with 5% surcharge.

Golden City at Radius: 178 PRC / Indo / Malay; very busy, small lounge area & gets smoky easily.

Alpha Genesis hotel: 208 Viet. 218 Th. 258 PRC; small lounge, worn facilities, not much food / drink selection, don't get to pick girl until in service room.

Green Elephant at Sungei Wang: 168 Viet / Th. 198 PRC (228 PRC for B2B soapy slide).238 local Chinese / Malay / Indian; small lounge, worn facilities, no WiFi, not much food / drink selection, CC accepted without surcharge.

Haven't tried Nova (supposedly. 168 Viet) or Cabana Inn (208 Th / PI. 250 PRC) to confirm.

My SOP for full sauna / spa package is to just pull out my wallet & wristwatch as I enter and request for safety deposit box (or, just point to it). They, then, understand that I want to relax and make use of their facilities, so one of them point or lead me into the locker room. After that, I'm on my own to roam around the place, until I'm ready, then, back to the front desk or grab a papasan to see the ladies. Afterward, I cool down, rejuvenate, and refresh myself before getting dressed. I only pay when I retrieve my wallet. In some places, if only doing massage / FS, you have to pay first.

All, will be in KUL for a six hour layover this Friday afternoon / evening. Plan to take the express train from the airport to downtown.
