I tried to find location of sanado (and xanadu) via several ways (including using search functions on the forum-which brought up detailed list of all other places apart from Sando, google earth, web) and could not find adress or some indication of where it is.
If someone could help I would appreciate it.

First, thanks to everyone here for the info on this place. Without it, I wouldn’t have been able to find the location, nor understand the routine. Neither of which is easy.
Went there last night about 8:00pm. On the fast ferry from HK. Got a taxi at the Macau Ferry Terminal but the guy had never heard of Sanado Sauna. So I told him to drop me at the Holiday Inn. Cost was about $15 local money.
I then wandered around for quite a while looking for the place. It’s a warren of streets, mostly with no names. I did spot Golden Sauna and Windsor Sauna, but I finally had to ask a cop or security guy standing on the road where to find it. Even then the sign is hard to read except from across the street. I had walked past the man at the door once or twice already. He wasn’t doing a good job of inviting single male customers into the joint.
But once inside, as has been said here, the management is friendly and welcoming. I was asked to sit in the reception area. A female manager with minimum English came and sat next to me with the shopping list. Again, thanks to the Forum I had some idea what was on offer, but the print was tiny, and the options bewildering, I finally pointed to the price I was prepared to pay, paid it, and went in.
The place is clean and efficient. A girl helped me totally undress (love that part) and stow my clothes in a locker. She gave me a key for my wrist, and showed me that the locker needed two keys to open – mine and hers – so there is a sense of security about your belongings.
I was given a wrap-around towel, and taken to the shower area. Unfortunately, as I later realized, I had arrived just as a show was starting in the main lounge, so all the girls had gone there. No hostess in the shower, therefore, no bj as I had been led to expect, and the same thing in the pool area, which is the next stop. I sat there alone for a few minutes (it’s very warm) before going to the pajama station and getting the shorts and top (way too small for a European). Miros - If memory serves me, Sanado is across the street from the Metropark hotel front entrance (give or take a block).
On my map, Sanado is the blue arrow on the left. The second arrow is Rio Spa and if you look carefully on the far right you will see the Waldo hotel where you will find East Spa.
Stayed a night in the Rio. My thoughts:
Hotel room (most basic one) is pretty good, very spacious.
Spent 5 hours in the Sauna. For the most part impressive. The first 'wet' part is very good. Showers, pools and saunas excellent. There are a number of viet/indo girls here who will wash you up here but didn't partake.
Through to the dry part, had a manicure and pedicure, very well done. For reference the thigh massages are listed in the book as 'leg vein reflexology', you have to laugh.

Based on the so call map (really a very simplistic block diagram) on the voucher, showing Sanado was right behind Lisboa Hotel across Peking Street, I got completely lost. After asking many (very helpful) policemen/women in the neighbourhood, I finally found the place.
Thursday evening. 8 pm.
Once I got inside, I was not exactly formally met and explained what I was doing to get for my voucher. Then a not very interesting looking maid took me to my locker. I think you are out of luck. They are really bothels with a sauna theme rather than saunas with a brothel operation on the side.
