My attitude towards the whole business is if you are forking out for a good time, then the onus is on you to make sure you have one, and there are a few pointers to doing so, which should be common sense realy:

Although yet to visit the far east, and I confess to being not that bothered about the p4p scene out there as for me most asian girls look like they have been backed into a bacon slicer, and curves are where its at from where I sit.

Wednesday night at the Seaview was excellent. A gang of us started in Crown plaza Alfresco restaurant (great food) then moved to Zinc for the Laughter Factory. Poor entertainment. Comedians had not done their homework, jokes about the heatwave in the UK miss the mark in 40C+ Dubai. only decent act was the Canadian in the middle. Last act couldn't even react to the heckling!
Seaview was busy but not too busy. Great atmosphere. Band were stonking, must be the only band in Dubai where the members can swap roles so easily. Whole place was seriously rocking.
Lots of PRCs and Africans few Russians. Men to Women ratio probably in the 3/1 order. My mongering pal made an LBFM (little brown fucking machine) that didnt quite meet the 50/50 rule for 350 all night plus taxi.
By contrast Thursday was shite, too busy and a poor/agressive atmosphere. Regal was equally as bad. Weekends huh. YMMV.
