100 pounds for one hour is pretty much impossible for escorts in London. However 500, and certainly 600 for an overnight (8-12 hours depending which agency) should be possible, which works out well under 100/hour.

At the moment the most reliable escort agency offering VFM I've found is Barracuda Escorts, which also uses the name Agency Touch Of Class. Excellent models, and incalls at 150 for an hour, in good places.

It is very discrete but easy to find. I stayed at the Sheraton Skyline and it was about a 5 minute walk. The Holiday Inn is even closer. Radisson Edwardian is very close, too
