I found a spa on T road near A mall which said the staff is "cooperative". Didn't understand what that meant. Does this include FS or only "HJ / BJ"? Touching allowed?

Had hoped Jaipur to be a fun-filled place because it's a tourist destination but it seems it too dull. No mongering activity. I have tried messaging lot of seniors for leads but there has been no leads. MP are dry and risky here. And no reliable SPs probably they all have shifted to Delhi.
