I also got a reply from Pia Kapoor who is based in Delhi She asks 20K for 2-3 hours. One has to arrange the place as she says she is not professional in this trade but just doing once in a month.

Somehow I felt fishy so did not go ahead. Also 20 k for 2-3 hrs is just too high as per market rate.

it varies on what time it is and who the girl is - a lot of the girls will be able to guide you and for the most part you can follow their lead. if you're with meena (11:00pm till the wee hours of the morning) you can just let her tell you where to go - she knows the lajpat nagar bylanes like the back of her hand.
