But as of now the government isn't doing passports it's a pain to get in without passport I'm asuming I can't walk I through otay like normally. Or stayed at friends house, implying a relationship. One time I got off a cruise in Florida and was not expecting questions. I had no job no home no idea where I was going next, California stay in Florida or new jetsey. I wasnt sure yet. She was pissed.

Caesar's Restaurant on Av. Revolucion and you ate Caesar's salad or LOS Panchos restaurant on Av. Revolucion and you ate fish tacos and beer. You can also say that you were in a Hong Kong club you watched a good show and had a beer. I often say that this is not illegal. Yesterday the guy asked for my Business Card, I gave it him. It is just a game and we have to play it, just do not lie. They are getting stricter so be very careful both going in and leaving, especially if you are driving.

Keep in mind the border patrol knows more about you bbn than you may think, and more than you may even remember about yourself. They see when you went last, and all the other times, if you return 3 am they likely see that. I don't speak spanish but still go to Tijuana to eat drink sometimes see woman I've met. Theres no reason you can't be going to tijuana to do bars with mexican friends. I usually always go to a bar first, give the mexican tinder woman 45 minutes to get over to revolution. After 45 minutes I'm off to Hong Kong. So 99% of the time I end up in hk.

What "jury", and what exactly are they going to "convict" you of? As other said already. CPB could care less what you did in Tijuana, their main job is to ensure you're not bringing anything illegal into US. Concocting elaborate stories about non-existent "friends" is bad idea, as it's going to raise gflags, and lying to CBP is against the law. Stick to the general truth (I went to a couple of bars, casino, etc) and leave it there.

Just tell truth, the truth never changes, no matter how or how many times asked. They know why we go to Mexico, just want to be sure that we aren't trying to bring something back that we shouldn't.

If you get a female officer, she may give you a disapproving look but who cares.
