For some reason some people on here feel like answering a question is an exception and not the rule as to why we are all here. I have gotten into pissing matches with some of the "members" about this topic and said the same thing, if you don't like the question, don't answer it. Someone else will chime in. Unfortunately the welcoming committee isn't very welcoming. Glad your here with us and ask anything you like. And like you said, you paid your $20.00 so no one can tell you what to do or say or ask. Enjoy.
Even after repeated beatings, this one won't go away.
However, it is a little frustrating for someone who has never posted, to pop up and say "Answer all my questions. Quickly. I don't have the time to look around to find out some information, then I will go away until the next time I want to know something." "Also, I won't have time to give a report of how things went"
Certainly that is not how everyone behaves, or even the majority, but it is frustrating when it happens. The other side of the coin is "we" sometimes forget what it was like being a "newbie" on the board and some tend to react harshly to even the slightest perceived breach of protocol. I guess it is the human condition.
Here's to a kinder, gentler board and new members that bring a wealth of knowledge and perspective to us all.
Guys,
I have a raggedy, folded-up, beat up copy of the "Angeles City Guide". It isn't really fit to scan and post. If you have a clean copy and a scanner, it would be really cool if you could post a montage. Who'se going to AC next? Concarne? Anyone?
Thanks.
Thanks for the tip! I got your back. Will get a couple of copies and post on return!
The girls from Insomnia have their tests on Wednesdays. I had the impression they had them at the venue where maybe they live upstairs.
I really can't wait to get back to AC.
Beware about Philippine tests. Use condoms always if your urge do not overtake you.
Guys,
It is way, way oversized for AC. It was built to land the largest mililtary aircraft in the world.
Thanks.
Interesting. Which of the Russian / Ukrainian Antonovs or Tupolevs touched down there? .

Frank
What flight gets in at 4 in the morning?
I've never been there that early but I'm pretty sure if there's a flight arriving, there will be transportation waiting. I've been at the airport when there is no flight arriving and there is NO immediate transportation waiting at all.
I'm staying at the Pacific Breeze, haven't heard anything bad about that one so I'll roll the dice.
I only stay at Pacific Breeze and never had a bad stay. They just smile and are polite if I have 3 at a time or 7 in one day. Opa baby its apopiso time.
What flight gets in at 4 in the morning?
Cebu Pacific from BKK gets in around 4am.
I've taken this flight many times and from experience I'd say it's worth booking a room from the previous night so you can crash as soon as you arrive at your hotel rather than have to wait until a room becomes available at the normal check in time of noon. It can be a painfully long wait. I've never had a hotel allow me to check in that early but I have had hotels waive the fee for my first night (5am til noon) but only after I've booked it and been prepared to pay for it first. Go figure.
We finish and she wants to go back to the bar (it's after 4 and closed, but presumably she wants to report to her friends). The heavens have opened so I grab an umbrella and walk her there, .
Because of that, we guys who prefer to keep the girl all night till next lunchtime get shortchanged more often then ever nowadays in Angeles.
You are asked to pay an EWR for all night. But then thousand of shit stories coming up because the punter before was a farm kid from Minnesota and did believe all that bola bola the working girl was telling him- and even escorted her through the rain to the closed bar. She shows her tampo if you not follow suit as the kid before did.
Men- you order a steak with fries but get the fries only, then what you do? Think about.
