I'm curious about what happens to mongers caught in a raid. Anyone know what the cops will do? Will it be in the papers and family gets notified? Or will they fine you and you just pay it discretely? If so, how much is the fine? Just want to know what to expect in worst case scenario.

So you could never know what would happen. Sometimes if you seem to be nervous and shocked they might try to get some money out of you. So just be calm and be cool. But in some cases you might be taken to the Police and be released after a couple of hours. So best thing is to avoiding the high risk areas and high risk days / times. I have a little knowledge about the law, but with that little I think they cannot fine the mongers. Experts please correct me if I'm wrong.

From what I have heard, prostitution itself is not illegal according to our laws. It only becomes illegal under the brothels ordinance, where a 3rd party profits from prostitution. Can someone who knows the law well please enlighten us on the topic? If I am correct there is no law against freelancers.
