However I don't know of any BB shops as such. You can never tell what individual girls get up to despite what they say, until. They offer BB or even rip the condom off in very rare cases. Can't imagine what got into the head to do that. I take my own condoms with a nice feel. I almost never get offered BB possibly due to carrying condoms with me and sometimes I have gel too.
