Might sound strange to ask about Vienna in the Prague forum.

Reason: I'd like to know more about Vienna's options from the perspective of those who know Prague well.

That is the whole point of blacklisting! You must identify the girl and the club in order to make others aware of this scam! We are not against a fair price for fair service. The standards in Prague are the price for a full hour of service, not just for one shot. Now, if we let standards fall, you are doing others a disservice. No, I have never heard of "mystery shopping" or the fact that somehow you were contractually obligated not to say anything. If I were a lawyer, I would have that contract nullified due to a contractual breach. The implied terms that the others before me have setup long ago. When I visit Prague, I would hope to take advantage of the action and leave it the way I found it for others. We must do more to maintain this for the others. We got your back!

I am planning for a trip to Prague for the first time.

I found helpful insight here on privat from FiddyCent etc. I appreciate them all.

I will buy a sim card with Czech number and try contacting privat girls of interest.

My concern is even if I send messages in Czech to ask prices.

Wouldn't they get to know that I am a foreigner (since translated Czech may sound awkward) and start asking higher prices?

If they still charge higher prices than what is expected and / or I cannot get their responses until early evening.

Instead I want to try clubs (at relativity fixed prices, I assume) where I can pick girls (showpark, topprivat, neon club etc).
