Hotel guest policy was super lenient. You can have the girl check in at the front desk and they will send her up directly to your room. No extra guest fee.
I went there the other day, to number #14. The girl was Mia, and they said the prices were 100 K for half hour with CBJ, 150 K half hour with FS, 200 K for same for an hour. I read the forum back about 30 pages and I see someone saying that those are gringo prices for Mezzanine, and another saying that it depends on which door. I'm curious what people are paying there. Next time I'll try to negotiate and see what happens. The girl was good looking, but those prices seemed too high. (I'm new to Colombia.)

I wrote email 2 days ago to ask guests policies to Four Point Sheraton Bogota. Here was their reply:

From what I've researched in Chapinero (one of the richest districts), AirBnBs and local hotels are the most lenient with their policy. If they do charge, it's a small amount (like less than $10 for an overnight guest). Great gourmet food and a nice environment for only 30 k a person!

I asked her I paid for two people, what is about my guests? Can I bring any? She answered, I can allow you to bring one guest. I asked why not more? She said 'I have a business. I have some long term clients. I am concerned about my health and health of my clients. Why do I need any problems with your guests? You can bring one person you paid for but I don't need any problems more than that.

They had a guest fee of USD 20 p / night. I had booked for 2 pp so they said I can register the 'guest' but any others will have a fee. Have stayed a the Best Western Parque 93, great hotel, no guest fee. I am 'working from home' so I have a lot of stuff in the open. Something about me is I really don't like chicas in my room, just not a fan. Usually, I'll get a 2nd room in a relatively cheap place for few nights for the chicas. A place is IBIS centro for $35-40/ night, no guest fee.
I'll be there Sunday and staying between 3-6 days before heading to Med. Hit my DMs if any of you guys are down to meet up!
I have stayed in two airbnbs near Santa Fe, one was BD Bacata and another was close by. Both of them are towers and both had security guards at the entrance. In both cases guests were allowed, but how strict they were about guests depended on the guard on duty. Best case, they didn't even look up from the desk, worst case, they asked the chica to show a cedula (ID) and register. As long as they were over 18 I don't think they will refuse entry to a guest (As long as the apartment owner has said its ok and in both cases I specifically asked the owner if guests were ok and they said yes). Security must have known what I was up to as well because I was bringing two or three girls a day and some of them were 18 year old skanks from the slums, and Im in my fifities. Personally I don't mind security checking the chicas cedula because it puts them on notice that we know who they are, and if they don't produce one it might be a red flag.
If the airbnb is a private place without security then I don't see how they could even stop you having guests.
In terms of hotels, I've never stayed in a hotel in Bog but I think they tend to be much more strict than airbnbs because unless it simply a short time hotel they don't want families etc to think guys are bringing hookers into the place; It looks bad and it could result in unecessarry drama.
I remember in a hotel called Valentinos in Angeles City in there was a big commotion on the first floor and two ladyboys were bangin on a guests door saying they didnt get paid and were pissed. The security guard didnt intervene, he just laughed and said the cheapskate should have paid. Even in AC though Im sure the hotel didnt want that kind of shit going on.

You could take as many of them at one time to your room as you wished. I love SEA.
Finally made it to Santa Fe solo. It was Tuesday around 7 p'ish and the place did not look alive almost at all. First, went to Fiebre, dead! Few chicas but they were sitting down. No music and then I realized why. The soccer match between Colombia v. Argentina was on and it seemed like time stood still. Had a beer and feft. Walked over and went to check out Paisa's, same outcome. So I started walking around in the street about 2 blocks each direction. There were some chicas hanging out in front of open buildings and all but nothing that caught my interest. Finally, after about an hour, I just left and went back hotel. Definitely, did not feel any kind of intimidation or unsafe walking around SF. Lots of guys / people milling and moving about but mostly seemed to be minding their own business. I'll have to plan for another visit on my next trip.
Just got back from 6 nites in Col, 2 nights were spent in Cali. During that time, saw 7 prepagos total, 3 "Tinder dates" and 2 SA's from when I had my account. The prepagos were OK, none was real bad experience but 2 of them were real mechanical. One strange experience with this one VZ chica was she was in a shared apt, like all of the prepagos I met. This one had a cleaning lady on site cleaning and there were two guys just hanging out in the kitchen area. They were talking very loud, like arguing about soccer and were very loud. Sh! T was very distracting. The girl actually left to ask them to bring their voices down. They did but only for a while. Paid her for an hour but left after about 35 minutes. Her room was a damn sauna with no fans and I was having difficulty breathing so I busted and left.
The tinder dates were basically prepagos from a more legit site. After the match, they all had a proposal which they don't know if I am going to accept. Two asked for 200 k for 2 hrs and the last asked for 500 and she would stay the night. Offered 200 for 2 h and she accepted. She ended up staying the night (where I got the room in Ibis) and gave an extra 100 in the AM. Mainly bec in the AM, she surprised me with an BBBJ in my sleep and we smashed again then left.
First SA asked for a donation for 400 k even before she got there. Again, offered 200 which she 'reluctantly' accepted. She showed up an hour later but she had a cold sore on her upper lip. Good gawd! No thanks!
Second SA came to meet, she's in Cali and linked up with her while I was there. We went to lunch at Hooters Granada and its where we discussing the terms. This one is a legit nurse (sent many pictures and videos). She asked me to pay the rent for her for January (450 US) + $400 for her and she will be with me until I leave. Only 2 nights in town. Had to thank but decline her. That whole process wasted my afternoon.
Al in all I had a great time in Col. Definitely can't wait to go back.

Do you recall if you were charged VAT after Jan 1st to take guests to IBIS?

The nurses I know in Colombia are not raking in a paycheck to pay that kind of rent.
