As the report details, it's been ongoing for a number of years.

To date there is no compelling medical evidence that T-therapy improves virility and sexual performance.

I'm ambivalent about T-therapy. I'm 64, a bit of a fitness fanatic and have a number of friends in their fifties and older who take synthetic testosterone and rave about the positive benefits.
