It's only been mentioned on here a few times in the last 20 years. I have only been there twice myself and I have never given a report on the place here. Maybe you are finding it getting a lot of hype on some other forum. I have zero interest in spending a half hour in the pool with a girl prior to sex, so I don't find that aspect to be a big benefit. Even at Alexis, I skip that part. The girls just end up worrying about getting their makeup and hair wet. Emporivm is a good place to visit (just like many places in Jakarta), but I wouldn't say it has a lot of hype. If you like it though and think it's worth the money, that's great. They have some good special events there on occasion.

As far as the imports not giving eye contact or smiles, I think that depends on who you are and which imports you are talking about. As a white guy, I notice that the Uzbek girls will normally smile at me a lot more than they will smile at an Indian or Chinese guy. Vietnamese girls are every bit as friendly as locals, if not more so. Same with Thai. Chinese girls do seem to be more indifferent. I watch them, and they are mostly like that even with the Chinese guys, but they will smile more for a Chinese guy than they will for others. Those Chinese girls many times can't speak either English or Bahasa Indonesia so I think they should actually be cheaper than locals. In my opinion, the locals are much better value for money regardless.

At D'Heaven, the girl will specifically ask you if you want SHIATSU or not before she does it. Shiatsu is the type of massage where they walk on your back. I personally love Shiatsu so I always tell them yes. If you don't want them to walk on your back, just say "tidak mau shiatsu" and they will focus on only the normal massage.

I do find that the Vietnamese chicks usually do provide good service relative to the other chicks in these places. When they can speak some English. Of course, there are some good ones and bad ones of every type of girl so that is not a blanket statement. I have had some Vietnamese girls who spoke no English who where good, but some who were horrible. In my opinion, Alexis is over priced so I haven't been there in probably 5 years. But the girls there are nice looking.

It's tough being stuck in South Jakarta when you are looking for that kind of action.

In my understanding, ladies can sit any sofa they want, but if customer choose different mama's ladies then customer has to pay the full price of each which means no discount for the 2nd one.

Last Monday, went to BATS at 11 ish and it was half full with customers and a few FLs.

The ratio of male customers to FLs was about 2:1 and no pretty to me as well as they were not young so as soon as finish my drink I moved to CJ's.

One bad point of Shangrila hotel is that it takes time to catch bulebird taxis so after waiting for 20 minutes I took Silver bird and the fare was about 70 K. (the minimum charge is 50 K).

At CJs, yesterday's band was Indonesian which was different from Sat. Sun (Western) and this band was also good.

There were also not so many FLs and most of them were not young enough so after having about 5 times circulation of the club I decided to grab one young girl who was not that pretty, but looked innocent and newbie to this professional industry.

We had few drinks and she got drunk (only 2 wines and 1 whiskey soda). So I decided to call it a day.

Realized that the Free lancer scene is not that big and not so many FLs, which means if you expect like Pattaya or BKK FL quantity and quality you need to lower your expectation a lot, otherwise you would not be able to pick up one.

But the rest of the nights are fine.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder though. She wasn't gorgeous, but on a totally dead night at BATS I thought this little girl was pretty cute. She was young 20's and sweet. My Indo friends would say she's ugly because she doesn't have white skin, but I don't agree with that way of thinking. The funny thing is that those Indo guys saying that they don't like girls with dark skin all have skin as dark or darker than this girl themselves. LOL.

I'm always telling girls not to put that fake whitening cream on, or to not wear fake contacts to change their eye color. I tell them if I wanted a white girl I would get that back home. I like sultry dark skin and eyes, especially when followed up with good service in bed. Sometimes they understand, often they don't since they are so conditioned to think they are ugly because they have dark skin.

I am curious to know how this not so gorgeous dark (girl charges compared to girls with white (skin. On another front, may be your Indo friends could be advised to try China, Japan or South Korea for white (Asian girls.

But that doesn't mean the white skinned girls are better looking. They simply have lighter skin. We were in Classic Bunker recently and the girl they thought was the best looking was a girl I considered to be one of the ugliest in the place. They liked her because of her light skin and bigger nose. I had zero interest in her. If you want a light skinned girl, BATS is not likely the place for you. You are better served going to the brothels in North Jakarta. The light skinned free lancers seem to get snagged by the locals and put up in apartments, so you don't see so many light skinned free lance chicks. I am perfectly fine with the darker skinned girls. I think its a sexy contrast to my skin.

CJs does seem to have more lighter skinned girls than BATS. BATS has almost all western men for customers, so the darker skinned girls know they have a better chance there than at CJs which has a lot of asians, indians and arabs as well as westerners. Most Asians, Indians and Arabs are wanting those light skinned girls with bigger noses. LOL. Although Asians tend to like flat chested light skinned girls with the young little girl look too, and they cream their pants when they find a girl with pink nipples. Here's a story that cracks me up. I had an Indian friend visit Jakarta a couple of years ago and he stayed at the Mulia. I wasn't in town so I couldn't join him at CJs. But the next day after he visited CJs, I told him I bet I could guess which girl at CJs he liked. There was one girl going there at the time who was a bit chubby, about 175cm tall, light skin and a big nose. She wasn't very good looking in my opinion relative to the other girls there, but I know that almost all of the Indian and Arabic guys want a girl who looks like that rather than a small darker skinned exotic skinny hard body girl with a tiny nose. I tried her once to see why she was so popular and she definitely was nothing special in bed and her body was soft. I sent him a photo of her and he was shocked that I knew which one he took to his room. He was thinking I had a spy there that night. haha.

That's why when I see people rating girls on a 1 to 10 scale without posting a photo, I disregard the rating. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

IMHO, a gorgeous girl who thinks she looks plain will work harder to please a guy. And she won't ask for top dollar. All the while being gorgeous.

But if I say "kamu seksi", she will agree with that. They will say that they are either sexy or sensual, but never beautiful. But if I tell a white skinned Indo chick she is beautiful, pretty much always she will say "of course I am beautiful". It's interesting how different cultures paint beauty differently.

Here's an example of a girl my indo friend thought was much better looking than that dark skinned girl. I'm sure she'd look better with some makeup, but I'd still prefer the dark skinned chick.

Agree with you, but Indonesian ladies are less beautiful than Thai and Philippines, which was a lot different than my expectation. Hope they get more beautiful soon.
