Joe[/QUOTE]Changkat can be excellent on Friday and Saturday nights. There are many Filipinas in a few of the bars and its a way easier environment than BC. There are also many Africans (yeah the permanent "students " ). But all are available. The fish and chip place is a good place to start as the food is ok, and the street filled with family and couple types early on. Many of the expats in KL will visit there. Also the Radius offers a 3 hour " special, but you have to pay a deposit. Cheaper 3 hour specials are available in the small hotels further up the road from Radius heading to Bkt Bintang.
