I have been in touch with her since some time but she is not budging bleow 4 k for one shot which I don't think is justified after reading her reviews.
Plus I don't think 4 k for single shot in Noida is justified. It will ruin the market when you have options like Aneesha and Neha at 2. 5 k.
My take on this.

First of all, thanks to everyone for replying to my last query for SP T. After reading all the reviews, I finally decided not to give his birds try (he is genuine but photos & girls both are old.
Secondly, since I was in Delhi that day and had not confirmed any other SPs. Decided to go to TnG again, and got 4 hands (Amu and Res), both were overall good (8/10 and 7/10) and the best thing about TnG is no negotiation at all. 2 k at the counter, and without negotiating or even talking about rates, we started the deed as we both (three knew what rate it was. Gave 2 k and left with a smile.
Now, the question is do we have any TnG alternative for Noida, where counter rates are fixed, have plenty of options to choose from, and a fixed rate inside (even if its higher than TnG)? I have stopped going to Spas in Noida because of all this negotiation shit. Starts at 10 k, and ends up at 2-3 k and negotiation spoils the mood.
Any suggestion is highly appreciated.

Apart from that have tried many but don't remember all. You can just go to MR, select the city, and filter the Birds with reviews, most of them would be genuine. Profiles without reviews, stay away from them as a beginner, I still don't have the guts to contact those profiles. I wait for someone senior to first try, post a review and then only try them.
But before going, just check that girl's profile reviews on ISG. I am sure, ISG has at least 3-4 reviews on each of the reviewed MR profiles.

But just stay clear of sec-18, there rates are too high. Have tried many spas in sector 41 and 51 markets. They are across the road to each other. Many options there with counter rates fixed at. 7-1 k and 2. 5-4 k inside. You can bargain depending on the girls.
Have tried this new spa named Gillard spa in Jaipuri a plaza section-26, very near to sector 18. Was showed a line up of about 10 girls.
Counter rates were 1 k and the girl asked for 4 k but fixed it at 3 k but I told the girl will pay if service more if service is good.
Service was SNM DC types, I have been to SNM Multiple times and many FR's are there about SNM.
I enjoyed thoroughly.
Girls name was Mishti as far as I can remember. I gave her 4 K, because finding a gem in noida is rare.
I will definitely repeat.
