The effect on crackdown on b2b places is that regular spas became good businesses, and now they have even turned arrogant. There were 2 spas with cross-gender msg in hsr, Urban Oasis And element$. The first one is pathetic in massage, they just pour oil and rub. The second has hiked their prices steeply. 1.8k for 60min. The place hardly justifies the price. To be blunt the rooms and bathrooms are really bad for the price. Also they charge 200 extra for steam. You can go to amazing places for 2. 2.5k.

yeah i've been there a couple of times. that manager is a tease, cleavage and see thru sari. no action in the rooms despite lots of massage around the ass and ball regions. therapist not willing to oblige with hj so had to do it myself. still not made up my mind if i'll return.
