If you book room for WG1, the booking process will need ID of guest at time of booking. They can't allow booking without ID. Any entry at reception will require ID. Since WG will arrive after some time, you won't be able to book room before with WG1 ID. Booking means you have to pay money with giving Xerox copy of ID at reception, then only room key is obtained. Because of this doubts will be raised at hotel.
