Do not know about you but I have been punting for over two decades, across many countries in the world, my personnel experience is entirely different. They do not answer the emails in vast majority of cases, let alone someone here is claiming EVERYTIME. Texting them using a local number or WA them (if they have), you might have a better chance to connect with them.
