Hi everyone,

Been ages since I was in South America and up for company. I am in Bogota for the 1st time for a few days and staying at a hotel that is not guest friendly.

Wondering what my best option for a brothel nearby. I am not so adventurous and willing to pay a premium for upscale experiences. I speak only a bit of Spanish so Inglés friendly is a plus.

What are the best high end brothel / clubs in town that are actually open these days? Bonus points for closeness to Zona T / Chico / Chapinero. Even a high end spa with HJ opportunities would be good for me.

Sorry for the last minute outreach. This trip came together very fast.

I would also recommend you send some texts to keep them engaged until you get there and arrange a definitive day you will meet. Then confirm that date when you're about to arrive in Bogota.

Thanks for this. Was already wondering about Absolute since it is close by. Being basically chicken shit when I don't know the ciudad and I am rolling solo, I will probably do a day drop in there.

There were a couple of spots next to each other on Calle 86 a that I had heard about but now I can't find the post I had read up on. Will be near there for dinner tonight. Who knows. Might get up a head of steam.

Gentlemen,

I will be visiting Bogota once again here in a couple weeks. I will be on ground for about a week. My trip last year was unceremoniously cut short due to the mayor of Bogota deciding to lock down the city on short notice. It was not a pleasant experience.

In any case, I am quite experienced with the Bogota scene and have had a lot of time to consolidate my thoughts to compare it to Brazil. I shall elaborate. I am a fan of nice things. I will happily pay a premium for convenience if it means my time can be spent that much better. In Brazil, there is a clear delineation between upscale and the opposite thereof in terms of the quality of women. In Rio and Sao Paulo alike, the quality of the girl you will find is largely correlated with the quality of the venue. Of course, it goes without saying that you can find a diamond in the rough in some of the rougher establishments if you put in the work. I MUST give the caveat that I have a specific type of Brazilian girl that I like (brancas with big bundas, the porn star type) so you have to know where to go to find them. Different strokes for different folks.

This is NOT how it works in Colombia.

As members of this board have said time and time again, the quality difference between girls in the dirt pit that is SF and those working in the luxury clubs in the north is marginal. In fact, many of the girls in the clubs in SF work in the clubs in the north too. The marginal difference, to me, a person who materially doesn't care about spending more money for better quality and a better experience, is negligible. It is so negligible that I have a hard time justifying going north at all other than to visit some nice restaurants or if I want a nice massage. I will be spending most of my time in SF. Why? Because it just makes sense. If you will be in Bogota from roughly March 13-20 ish and want to hang out, feel free to send me a PM. My Spanish is horrendous but those who know me know I'm a great wingman. Who doesn't want to hang around with a young guy to help them pick up ladies LOL.

Oh, and take the Woodman tour. It's worth it's weight in gold.

Hi all.

I'm hoping to travel to Bogota in May. I'm working through the prevous pages of this forum. But I'm starting with very little knowledge. I had planned Medellin last year but that fell through due to work commitments. This time, I was planning a trip to Havana, and I've spent a month or so planning for that, but I'm going cold on the idea, especially as I'll be flying from the US so have the extra hassle that entails.

I started looking at Medellin but the cost of flights are almost double what they are to literally anywhere else in the area (like $1,000+ CAD). Flights to Bogota are half the price. I can take a cheap internal flight but I only have 6 days as it is and don't want to lose another day or two to internal travel. So, Bogota it is!

Just wondering if anyone has any intel on any facebook profiles to start hunting for friends? There is a good network for Medellin to get started but I haven't been able to find anything similar for Bogota. I had lined up a number of very good potentials for my Medellin trip through facebook trawling. All I need is a profile or two to get started. Can anyone help?

So far, from what I've read, Mezzanine is high on my list of places to visit. I'm also hoping to get an airbnb and look to some of the escort sites and (hopefully) FB. I don't want to go down the SA route if I can avoid it.

I'm not really a club guy but will check out SF also. Woodman, if you are around in May, and don't mind, I would like to hit you up for some company!

If anyone else is likely to be there during the last couple of weeks of May, let me know too. I haven't been to Colombia before, so it is a little intimidating as a solo traveller. I've been to many mongering destinations (Tijuana, Germany, Netherlands, Thailand) but Colombia is a whole other ball game!

So long time lurker. Finally decided to say something.

I was in Bogota Jan. 30 - Feb 17.

Saw 4 girls out there.

1 white short brunette. OMG had me in love. Thanks![/QUOTE]Here's a tip for you if you want to go to Medellin. Don't try to book it from your Canadian city to MDE. Instead book two separate round trips. One to Miami or Ft Lauderdale and one from there to Medellin. This could come out to be half or less. The one way fare from Ft Lauderdale to MDE direct is $95!

This tip actually works worldwide as well. You can often save $700 or more when traveling internationally when you manually put your flights together. Esp if you put an overnight in the connecting city. Even with hotel it can come out way less.
