The problem with Tawi-Tawi is that it's got basically zero that would attract most foreigners.

I suggest you try out the Edsa Complex. At the very least you can have a beer and enjoy the eye candy. Most likely you will be disappointed with picking up one of the beauties for free, but you never know, there is always a chance.
