One trait to look for is their eyebrows and upper lip. Those who pluck their eyebrows will still have some fuzz in their upper lip ergo fuzzy down there too. Just spent 10 great days in Manila. Try City Garden in Makati. Last August it was 2300 pesos. Has a pool on the rooftop. It's right by Burgos and all the go go bars there, just down the street from Glorietta Mall.

Last time I stayed at Swagman it was a roach-infested dive. I doubt they've put in a pool since then.

Definitely try City Garden Hotel (Makati) tel# 8991111. I've been staying there for 4 years when ever I'm town. Lots of inexpensive restaurants around it.

Hi IB,See you in Macau later this year.I agree City Garden is nice,It is about 100 meters from My Manila place.Better then Swagman and 50 meters from Burgos.

Well, some very good news to report. July 6, 2005, was the grand opening of Butterfly bar on Del Pilar St, next door to Amazonia bar. This is the first go-go bar to open in Manila in about 30 years, so it was a big event indeed! Now, many of you are probably saying "there are many go-go bars in Manila, such as EDSA complex and P. Burgos". However, they are in Passay or Makati, part of an area considered Metro Manila. Manila proper has not had a gogo bar since Mayor Lim closed them all down about 30 years ago. This was before my time, but supposedly back then Manila was the capital of the gogo bar scene and was so large that it was even bigger than Patpong or Angeles. Then, in one massive operation, Mayor Lim closed them all down. Some moved to Passay, but Manila was no more. While the opening of one bar does not mean Manila is back, it is a start. And Butterfly is not a bad start. About 30 girls on the opening night. Lots of fun and everyone having a good time. The only problem is the bar fine was 1,900 pesos. Considering that's the same as the bar fine in Flamingo on Burgos (Flamingo certainly has more beautiful women then Butterfly, albeit, they have a little attitute), and the EDSA barfine is only 1,000, I think that that Butterfly is overpriced. However, since there are many hotels in the area and they are currently the only game in town, they should have no problem getting it.
