Thailand and the Phils your best option, Fiji, Vanuatu, Samoa, all pretty much the same in my experience , a quality level lower.

But if you fancy trying something new for a change or plan to travel there, have a look in the forum for the posts by Gentleman Pat. I have found his posts to be witty and quite accurate.

OK, she is smarter looking as a package than the rest, but! They usually have "good girls" not screwing the customer there.
