Went to this street a few times and tried many of the climbs. Spot 64 and 40 the most active with decent picks. The REAL 64 is further away from metro at New Delhi exit gate 3. If you walk up the left side of road you can see address on sign and cross over a little after 64 and just go there. 3 Floors with cutest I thought on top. No problem going up and sitting and waiting for a girl I wanted. I did not try anyone at this spot.

Building 40 was told 1000 and they would hold phone. Girls were in 20's and a few looked cute. I liked this spot the best.
