Try using MS "OneNote", it adds a button to your task bar and when you click on it, it takes a "screen shot" of the webpage your on (like DIA, FB, etc.). Then you can add info to it (like phone numbers exchanged in chat or personal notes) and add tags (generic and user defined) for quickly searching through them later. For example, you can set up a rating system and only search for girls that you've given a certain tag to; or add a "bi-sexual" tag (that one's user defined, of course, lol) and then search just for them. For street / club hookups, you can set up a blank page, load a photo from your cell phone or camera and add notes / tags as needed.

The pinay typically have the attention span of a gnat. In general, chatting them prior to a few weeks before a trip is not necessarily meaningless, but usually a waste of your time. When you pare down to 10 from 100, you ignore 90. By the time of your trip, the 90 you stopped communicating with will have forgotten you. It will work like this: many of the 10 you planned to meet will flake out. When U-turn to the original 90 as backup, many will have forgotten who you are. Even some of the 10 who flake out will claim they never chatted you before (or, if she did, she will claim that she never agreed to meet with you).
