And more importantly leave your price points until you are in country.

You will have noticed that tourist trip arrangements can be made with just 0-2 days notice. These girls do not have busy lives. The ones that will meet will respond quickly. The girls that were only ever after cash / cam shows will quickly be cleared as they cannot meet 'today'. Province girls will quickly be identified as needing transport money. The compressed timeframes put the girls mind to solving the immediate logistic issues of meeting you (or excusing herself).
The longer you have to chat to girls the more likely you will be asked for pre-payments.

For those that do send a couple of '00 for taxis etc, how many actually turn up vs just pocket the money and no show? Most that I see asking for prepayment have all the signs of scammers.

If your intention is to meet girls and to fuck them, then you should only be using dating apps the day before you leave. Alternatively, just use Tinder when you land and you will have many ready to fuck girls.
The vast majority of girls on dating apps are desperately poor and live in slums. They are poorer than you can imagine. They are on dating apps to get free money off gullible mongers. Most will chicken out of meeting you as they are not prepared for that and nor are they expecting Mr Monger to actually arrive. Most foreigners are also time wasters who will never actually travel anywhere and find it amusing to tell the girls how rich they are or how big their dicks are.
