You never know what's hiding under clothes, or even bikinis. When it's out in the open you can see (and often feel).

The downside is that dumbo tourists have turned a lot of these places into rip off shops like the strip clubs they go to back home in Europe and the US. Now you have go go girls in Thailand asking for tips just for dancing. And they're even offering overpriced lap dances.
