I am not sure what other upstairs lounge you are referring too. Over on the Malioboro side of the building there is a bar to the left as you walk off the elevators and Malioboro Lounge is to your right. Is this the bar? I have never spent any time in there, only a short look / see from time to time before I go over to Malioboro Lounge.
