Couple that with fairly tight migration requirements you do not have the kind of choices you would find in Europe or elsewhere.

Picking up non pro girls is not that hard if you know where to look and are reasonably attractive. I am a fairly fit and tall guy (6'2") and do not have much hardship attracting women here. For a big international city, Sydney women are actually a bit on the easy side, definitely easier to pick up women here compared to New York or LA, London, etc.

Sydney being one of the most expensive cities in the world to live in right now, (plus high taxes and cost of living) , naturally doesn't leave too much left over for the average punter at the end of the day- as mentioned below. First off I've been lurking on this site for a while trying to learn as much about the mongering culture. Secondly I'm a big chicken! So the likely hood of me getting to do some of the things I've read about (and would love to try) is pretty slim.
