Medellin Reports

I have been in Medellin for 3 weeks now and I wouldn't recommend coming here to meet women for LTR (long term relationship) or to pick up regular girls unless you speak fluent spanish. The language barrier is just too much here. Very few people speak any English. I wish I tried Panama or Costa Rica. I have frequented Ukraine and Tijuana in the past. (Tijuana is great for hookers, Ukraine not so much).

There are lots of very hot girls here, but they are not very interested in foreign men unlike other places I have been in eastern europe like ukraine and hungary. There are lots of young handsome guys here, and the people here seem happy. This is a big modern city, so the girls are not "desperate" to leave and meet a foreign guy, etc. So they are not 'super easy' to pick up like other places.

Recently I discovered that women with children have a hard time finding a man here so they might make better targets for LTR, and they are some really hot ones. A hot girl with a kid told me that the men here don't want her because she has a kid. There are some milfs (moms I'd like to fuck) on amolatina but I was told by a girl from Medellin on facebook who has a profile there that the girls get paid to write letters and chat. I think that this is true since 2 really hot younger ones (20) wrote and chatted with me, and chat are online there chatting a lot, but then refused to meet me. But other girls wanted to meet, so I think it depends on the local agency. Some pay the girls, some don't. Hard for amolatina to know that, although I am sure they must know it goes on at some of the local agencies. Loveme dot com has a very good local agency and the girls there are legit. I did not try using colombiancupid or anything else, so maybe I missed out there.

Everyone here is very friendly, including the hot girls. And the ratio of hot girls to 'normal' guys is very good, I would say 2 to 1, so if you can speak Spanish and are decent looking, I am sure you will get a lot of phone numbers from smoking hot girls but ones that aren't pros (escorts / dancers) are nice girls so you would have to put some time in.

I will say however that if you are looking for prostitutes, this is the best place I have ever seen. The young escorts college girls network that can be found at La Mansion hotel, and the dancers like at Fase 2 and La Isla are totally hot and great in bed. If you want that, then this is the place. I did not go to the spas / casas except 1 "Energy" spa which was good. Big clean and about 8 girls to choose from. 4 very hot. 4 not very hot. If you want to meet a nice girl, go elsewhere unless you've got game and speak spanish, IMHO.

Also, Don't come during the rain season like I did. It literally rains EVERY DAY either in the afternoon or at night or usually both. And it pours every time for hours. If you want to do anything outside you have to do it before noon which gets to be a pain in the ass.

It is a big, modern city with lots to do and very friendly people, but I would recommend going someplace else unless you speak spanish. Just my 2 cents.

P. S. Poblado apartments from albert on tripadvisor is a good choice for long term stay if you have a wingman. If not, stay at La Mansion. Very friendly nice people and always a hot chick in the lobby. Nice to wake up to.

actually, if i should move from my country, i'd love to continue my career in colombia, and in medellin in particular. read one of my last posts for the reason why it is so lovely.

the reports from the us dept. of something are laughable. most countries of europe are depicted too as problematic! i am afraid to walk alone at night in la, not in my town!

Nothing like that happened in Medellin, to people I know. The sample is small and has no statistical significance, but it may still mean something.

Another observation about so called normal girls and Medellin, they are a lot more promiscuous than we want to believe.

I have been in Medellin for 2 weeks now and made my only trip to Centro about a week ago. In one of the casas after the girls did the walkthrough this young gringo next to me asked if Marisol was available and the lady looked at him with a confused look. I asked him where he had heard of her from and he said a sex forum. I laughed and told him she was at a casa nearby and I would be happy to take him there. After the walkthrough he grabbed her and on his way he went. He said he would post a report to let me know how things went. If you are out there, we are still waiting. Jajaja.

First the casas: The rate is for 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the casa. The standard is not two hours. Go to "Medellin lists" thread and see world traveller's post all the info is there. Listed price in casas includes the girl and the room. It is not easy to get a casa girl to go out at night. Most choose to work at casas as they have evening obligations such as family and kids. If you do charm one and take someone out, do post here. Good luck and have fun.

But I'd love to hear about any place that has women that are as good looking as Colombianas and who have no problem hooking up with men that are 20 years or more their senor and 3 to 4 points below them in the looks department. I see many Colombianas that date down every time I go. If you use 20 minutes of your hour, they will take a shower after you pop and are out the door. If you want another pop, that requires you to negotiate with the girl. Usually it's the minimum rate again.

I am purely a "short term" guy so I don't know this for sure but I doubt Panama or even CR are good places for LTR. Wish you good luck in future endeavors.
