There are many types of street girls. You can find ones that station in front of short time hotels like in Tijuana. You can also find girls that are more like regular freelancers. HK has opened a covert type bar on constitution between primera and the alley mid block on the west side of the street. Easy to miss just a big white door. We didnt go in mainly because there was nobody there to invite us in. But pretty sure it was the right place due to the HK golf cart parked out front.

Also noticed the smaller bars like Fracosa and Tecate bar are opening up. They probably dont have approvel but have finally had enough and are seeing what they can get away with.

Safety did not feel like an issue. I can only speak for Medellin. But I would say that Tijuana has more that can go wrong, safety wise.

Sat about 6 PM went in the alleged New Hong Kong in the parking lot of hotel Korea. Light was still out. Weather was nice, cool, breezy. There was only 1 security guy in street clothes at the gate. No other known HK security guys were at the scene. 2 hot girls in masks were leaving the gate and urged me to go in.

The new place had a tent with large Hong Kong sign popped up under a tent pole over the basement of the parking lot, but there were new signs calling it "Departmento Viilla" or "La Villa. Facilities owned by HK, Chavelas, Tropical, Ibizal were all closed. Looks like HK's owners are in serious trouble with the law. Don't when, if ever, they will open again. Meanwhile their competitors, Adelita, Chicago, Gloria, Caretta were operating in their underground facilities with very few girls and even fewer clients. But there were close to a hundred girls on the streets, some new and very attractive, also a few hot ex HKs, and the lively escorts scene. Restaurants and food stands all seem to open for normal business.

We just have to enjoy their limited offerings until the CoVid situation is resolved.
