One Night in Bangkok...
Guys coming to BKK this week and wonder.
1. is it worth taking a lady from Annie's or Tulip to the hotel or is the ambiance there good enough?
Do you speak any Thai? If not, it might be better to go to the shop for the first time. You can see, talk to, and pick an available lady, or ladies, this way. This is cost effective and gives you an idea of what is available for hotel service, including overnight LT. Just talk to the girls, or the cashier about this. You can easily get to all of these shops using the BTS Skytrain and a short walk during the busy parts of the day. You could try the lady out right then and there, (recommended), or pay the "take out" fee and come back later. In the shop, 1500 baht is the standard fee for the girl's full services. Annie's is a one price shop.
In terms of going back to the hotel in a taxi, depending on the time of day (e.g., traffic), it can be a bit of a trek to get from the massage shops on Sukhumvit Rd. to lower Silom (Lebua). In the evening, after 8 pm, it is usually not too bad. At Tulip, you can take a girl out of the shop at 9 pm (for 1000 baht + fee/tip for the girl). This is often a much more pleasant experience than a quick "shower, boom boom, shower" in the shop. However, both usually have the same result. ;)
I've done this using Tulip a number of times. If you have chemistry with the lady, you can ask her if she would like to stay all night (up to you). If you don't want to sour the mood with negotiations over a few hundred baht, figure at least 2000 baht for ST at the hotel, and 3000+ LT. The girls normally are due back at the shop the next day (often in the morning). Annie's and Mango have similar "take out" plans. I believe Annie's might charge an "all in" fee for this type of service.
2. I am staying at Lebua, is it a girlfriendly hotel? Would they notice if a girl joins my room?
They do have tight security there (it is a combo hotel, apartment and restaurants), and they will notice. You should either call or send them an e-mail and ask about their guest policy. For many reasons, for both you and the hotel's, it is better to have the lady leave her ID at the front desk. They all know this drill.
A massage shop lady will be very impressed if you take her back to the Lebua Hotel and take her up to the roof for a drink at Sirrocco before you take her to your room. Treat her like a regular date and she will take extra special care of you. That is the secret to enjoying Bangkok's lovely treats.
3. If you have only 1 night, would you go to Annie's, Tulip, Mango or where?
If you've never been to Bangkok, possibly Annie's might be the most expedient of the three. They have the most girls, are very user friendly, and can help you along your path to Siamese nirvana. Check their website and ISG thread for photos and specific information on each lady.
Have a great time...!
Just keep in mind if you go clubbing it's often better to buy a bottle (whisky, vodka, whatever), cost would be between 600b (local type place) and 2000b (and more if you want to be fancy). And then pay for mixers & ice.
I'm not talking about the G-Clubs, those places are just Large Baht Colliders, no need to go there unless you have too much money.
Good point about buying a bottle over individual drinks. When you say G-Clubs, are you referring to the gogo clubs or other types of clubs?

First days in bangkok
Just wanted to add a quick report about my first couple of days in Bangkok. I arrived at Livingstone Lodge a few days ago and have to say I've been more than pleasantly surprised with the hotel, staff and of course the famous Giotto. If you are coming to Bangkok for the first time like me, I'd highly recommend staying here. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and I don't think I can say enough about Giotto. If every hotel owner treated their guests like this, you'd never consider going anywhere else. Tried out Annie's the other day and it was great. You walk in and there are two one-way mirrors where you can pick from two different sets of girls to get your massage. The prices were 1750 baht for one side and 2500 for the other. I honestly didn't see much of a difference so I went for the 1750 obviously and didn't regret it for a second. The session was great and you definitely get your moneys worth. Besides Annie's I went out with a couple of ISG guys last night and Giotto unbelievably enough! We went to about 7 bars, stopped for some Arabic food along the way, and finished at a night club called Climax. If you're like me you wouldn't be impressed by the sound of arabic food, but it was actually surprisingly quite good! Climax was pretty good. A lot of younger girls in the club and thankfully not a lot of ladyboys. We all had a great time and wound up staying out until about 4. It was one of the better tours of any city I have ever gotten so I'd be remiss if I didn't write about it. As we were walking through the city Giotto would point out different places and explain what you can expect from each. You would expect a hotel owner with beautiful girls in his own bar would be kind of pushy to keep you there, but it's not the case at all. It's an excellent alternative to have the girls here on site if you are tired and don't feel like walking for a day. I'm off to Pattaya tomorrow and will try to write a report when I get home. Just wanted to write something while everything was still fresh. Again I can't state enough that if you're a first timer (or even a returning visitor) you really need to give Livingstone's a chance. I think you'll be extremely happy that you did! Seek out Giotto and have a talk with him and you'll be off to a great start. He's very friendly and one of the easiest people to talk to I've ever met. Alright off to do a little shopping for once. PS sorry if this was a little fragmented. I'm running off of 3 hours of sleep for obvious reasons. Love those Thai women!

Thanks and let me know if you want to hang out together one night, I arrive Wednesday and leave on sunday lunch time.
I would rather pick up a girl in a gogo bar. They are prettier than in those massage shops.

Frankly if under extreme time pressure I'd say the surest thing is Eden Club. Second would be a soapy somewhere with a place with a wide selection, especially if not done before. In those cases you can have a memorable experience even if the girl is not a 9 or 10. I haven't been to Annie's in a few years, but it was a place to go to spend less than at other places.
Of course you can try the go-gos and SC and Nana usually have one leading "meat market" place that can pull in both the best-looking girls and a big crowd of guys (and thus ignore discounting the drinks). Baccara and Rainbow 4 were the tops as of several months ago in that department. However, IMO it's usually not a good idea to barfine the best-looking girl in the bar, as they're often attitude risks. Picking a good one out can be a real science; one shortcut might be to buy the mama-san a drink and ask. If time is short ya can't afford a clunker.
What places do you guyst suggest me to hit for an all nighter?
For thai girls you got plenty of choices. Just RTTF.
Yoi want to try russians (few thais also do appear), the best place to do clubbing till 2. 30 AM is CM2(gets crowded by 11), your not happy or want to more clubbing or haven't yet picked your bird then move onto club39 or spicey club. Which are open till 6AM or so. All night partying, dancing, drinking and early morning fucking.! Have nice time. Cheers

You can take home girls from anywhere and you do it if you feel like it. Period. Good thing about talking them from soapies is that you already have a chemistry flowing. Where in from Gogo bars its more of a chance.!
2. Most of the hotels gotto be girl friendly in LOS. Else they will run out of business. Check with them, while checking in.
3. For me Mango. I didn't like Annies (went there thrice and came empty handed), haven't tested tulip. Mango has good choices.
Cheers,

I've been calling Mango for room service recently and am finding this much more pleasant. If I had one night I would likely call for room service from someone that appears to meet my spec from Mango or Snow White. As for the Lebua, you can likely find some information here in ISG about it. Generally, depending upon how the girl is dressed, only the hotel staff or everyone in the hotel will notice. Fon Tok's idea of hitting the rooftop bar is excellent, depending upon how she's dressed.

Bangkok Late-Night Tour
The business is picking up nicely at the moment – so I decided to look around in Bangkok how the other areas are doing. Right now 3 bestards (ISG members of course) are staying at Livingstone’s Lodge, and I decided to take them out for a Bangkok Late-Night Tour yesterday. Three guys – an American, a Canadian and an Irish. What a strange combination -
We left Livingstone’s at around 10 pm and took a taxi to Soi Cowboy – through the small side roads. We passed by Orchid Massage (Soi 31), Narz/Narzissus (Disco) and Pegasus Club (High-End Mens Club). The taxi dropped us directly in front of Soi Cowboy.
We walked up the road to the very end, and I gave the guys a short overview about the Gogo bars, the beer bars, the short-time hotels etc. etc. . We then decided to start with Suzie Wong (Show-Time !!!).
Suzie Wong (10:20 pm)
The show was on already, and the bar was packed. No seats available on the sides, only directly at the bar/dancing stage. So we had to suffer ... sitting only half a meter away from naked dancing women. This is how it must feel in hell ...
We did some anatomy studies. The two show attractions we saw were some lesbian activities of 3 female couples on the stage and afterwards some washing / improvised showering activities. Being approx. 30 cm away from one of the girls I examined the female anatomy of tits, arse and pussy in details. I never ever saw something like that before, and it was that overwhelmingly fascinating – that I left the bar for a smoke.
During leaving the bar I looked around – some lookers in there, but not too many. Most of the customers were sitting alone, but may be this was because of the Showtime activities.
Nobody of the bestards was too impressed that he wanted to stay, and we moved on to Sharks.
Sharks (10:40 pm)
Sharks was packed, too, free seats available only at the dancing stage. Later then we could move to the seats a bit further away – better view. Lots of girls available in Sharks – I would estimate that there were at least 60 girls in the bar. Many young girls with perfect bodies – I especially remember the No. 40 and 46.
The girls were dancing – or may be not. I would more compare this tired body movements with the behaviour of people on a cold winter day waiting at a bus station – to simply keep the feet and body warm. In the Gogo Bars they call this “dancing”.
We had our drink there, looked around – and again nobody wanted to stay. When we discussed our next target outside we came to the conclusion, that nobody was really into Gogo Bars. So we walked towards Asoke – but of course I could not leave without at least one drink in Five Star.
Five Star (11 pm)
If you want to watch young girls dancing in a Gogo Bar – don’t go to Five Star. There were some 10 girls dancing – and the average age was 84. The bodies showed signs of ... I will not explain this in details. But – there is a live band playing at Five Star. Usually very good – yesterday ok. Just in the middle of a jam session with a customer playing the bass – so the songs came not that perfect, but ok. At least good fun.
With this live band the bar has a certain ambience – if somebody wants to go there he should pick his girl somewhere else before and go there after midnight until the bar closes. That’s the time when the mood heats up, jam sessions are starting and the bar rocks. Control yourself where you are looking at – otherwise you might not get it up any more ...
We left after a drink and made our way down Asoke to Sukhumvit. Lots of street bars already open – thats one area where late night action takes place. But it was still much too early for those bars. We crossed Asoke, passed the huge construction site and the Westin and entered the lower Sukhumvit market area. Next target: Thermae
Thermae (11:30 pm)
I haven’t been in Thermae for years now – time to go there and see how it changed. Not much, in my POV, it’s not that sleazy any more, a reasonable bar area with stools in the middle, the furniture seams to be new – and that’s it. Then – lots of Japanese, and lots of girls, outnumbering men at least 3:1 .
The atmosphere is still cold as ice – stone tiles on the floor, white light, lousy music – and the girls are waiting there like in a train station. I have no idea why people are going there – the only purpose of that place is its function as a pickup joint. That’s all. It’s not a place where you can have any kind of fun besides picking up girls. Now – it would be so easy to change the place to have a bit more ambience – but obviously it is not wanted.
To everybody who wants to go there – the toilet is a must-see! It reminds me on the toilets in Felix (Hongkong). You definitely have to go there.
We left after a drink – obviously the bestards were not horny at all. They did not even try to talk to the girls – there were some real lookers there. But may be it’s my fault – I had the impression that most of the girls were only looking for “2 – 3 – 4”s (2 inches, 3 minutes, 4 k Baht = Japanese). And of course – nobody of us can compete with that.
We walked down the lower Sukhumvit – everywhere the late-night bars were under construction, mobile cooking stations – a lot of action. The street market closes usually at 10 pm, but there some stalls were still open. We made our way to Bangkok Beat.
Bangkok Beat (12:00 pm)
Bangkok beat is a relatively new bar in Soi 7/1 (close to Eden) with freelancers, live music (Philippino band) and sometimes late night action (after hours). The bar was quite full, but not packed, the mood was ok - it seamed a bit quiet. Many freelancers already in talks with customers .
We were turned off a bit after one of us got a Heineken that was obviously broken during the opening process – glass in the beer. We complained – and the service staff still insisted that we have to pay for the beer. OK – that’s quality service – and a bar which right away lost 4 customers.
We walked down Sukhumvit and turned right into Soi 7. Target Beer Garden.
Beer Garden (12:30 pm)
Beer Garden at midnight – that’s brutal. We walked in, looked around – and walked out again. If you look for a beauty competition of the “most unreal” service providers in Bangkok – go to Beer Garden after midnight. In front of the entrance one provider was just negotiating with a customer – and I wonder how much money she offered to the customer that he takes her...
We turned right directly at the Beer Garden, into a small Soi which connects Soi 7 and Soi 5. That looked good yesterday night – lots of street food restaurants with reasonable chairs and tables, the food looked clean and fresh – this area has improved significantly. And I saw some gorgeous women sitting there, for a drink or a snack – this area is worth to be checked out in details – next time!
We turned right into Soi 5 – and of course we have to had a look into Foodland.
Foodland (12:35 pm)
Foodland has ONE specific attraction: Wine! If you consider that Soi 5 is part of the streetwalkers cheap sex area of Bangkok you will be surprised that you can buy a bottle of Chateau Petrus in Foodlands (88,000 baht only). All Premiere Grand Cru Classe are available too. My recommendation is: Hook up with a THB 500 all-night lady around the corner – and then go with her to Foodlands and buy a bottle of Chateau Margaux/Lafitte/Rothschild (28,000 – 49,000 baht). That should be fun!
Surprisingly none of my companions knew Chateau Petrus. Don’t they have any culture, these bestards? Only women on their mind?
Next target: Gulliver.
Gulliver (12:45 pm)
We walked into Gulliver and found some last remaining guests, no girls and the chairs already on the tables. The cleaning personal active. That sent a clear signal to me that we should leave. So we left.
Opposite Gulliver a small Soi is leading into the Arab quarter between Soi 3 and Soi 5. The Arab restaurant Nefertiti was next.
Nefertiti Arab Restaurant (12:50 pm)
I entered the restaurant and sat down at the last remaining unoccupied table – and watched the bestards outside quarrelling their fate: None of them had ever eaten Arabic food, and none of them was convinced that he really wanted to try. No discussion – that was part of the Night Tour – and I knew that the food in this restaurant was excellent.
We ordered Falafel, Feta Cheese, Ground Beef with Tomato and Capsicum, Lamb Kebabs, Nan (bread) – and Tea! A good break after all the alcohol.
And – after a while the smiles returned to their faces. Obviously the Arabs can cook, too – the food was really good. Strangely the first longer conversation came up – usually those bestards did not talk much. The American had no Bangkok experience and did not talk, the Canadian had a lot of Bangkok experience but he is a quiet type of guy, and the Irish had some Bangkok experience and tried to talk sometimes, but he simply does not speak English (though he insists that he speaks English). Whenever he talked to me – I did not understand ONE SINGLE WORD! Reminds me of a similar experience with the Scottish bestard :) SB ...
Anyway – it was time for the next major target: Nana Parking Lot
Nana Parking Lot (1:30 am)
When we arrived at Nana a strange event shook the people around the entrance: A customer threw banknotes from an upper level of Nana. Loud cheering, and all Thais were running to the action and tried to pick some of the money. There are strange guys out there – I tell you.
At the entrance of Nana – the burger shop is still there, but it was not busy. That shop used to produce the best Hamburgers in Bangkok – but we had eaten already, no way to check the quality yesterday.
On the other sideof the road – 10 girls on the parking lot. What was wrong? Were we too early or too late? Where were the providers? I still had this 3 horny bestards with me ...
We had a drink in the bar at the corner of the parking lot. And we had the corner table – good overview about all activities. Some more girls coming – but I never saw more than 20 – 30 girls on the parking lot. Some customers came here and there, no real interesting price negotiations – boring. What has happened here? All providers busy already? No customers in Bangkok?
No explanation. We moved on, it was late, the bestards needed more selection options than this here. Target: Climax
Climax (2:15 am)
We walked down Nana, crossed Sukhumvit and picked a taxi to Soi 11. Would be easy to walk, too, but we had walked a lot already, and it was late.
The taxi driver turned right into the Ambassador Hotel Car Park and dropped us directly next to the entrance of Climax. He got commission there for bringing in customers.
200 baht cover charge per person, including one drink. We then walked down a staircase, turned right through a steel door – and the action started. Hundreds of people were there, a live band playing, freelancers en masse, dancing – everything we needed. No free table, so we ordered our first beer somewhere in the middle of the trouble.
The live music was on until – I don’t remember. Afterwards house – music was ok. Loud – but ok.
Lots of girls, all kinds of girls, younger and older, skinny and fat, small boobs and giant silicon tits – everything was available. My POV: The good ones are sitting on tables, looking around, not actively approaching customers, sometimes dancing a bit close to a table – and you can easy make eye contact with them. Forget all the girls which directly approach you and start talking – that’s a very un-Thai behaviour, and those girls are either desperate or that long in the game that the fun will most likely be limited.
Somehow the story ends here – the bestards were hunting, but they all have to tell their own story, if they want to.
I took a taxi and arrived home at Livingstone’s Lodge at around 4:30 am ... and decided to have one last beer and a cigarette at the hotel bar. As expected – Mrs. Giotto had not slept yet. Me outside means possible danger – and I had to give a detailed report of all activities of the Night Tour. Later then I had to undergo a “performance test” to make sure that I had not been naughty that night ... that’s how things are here in Thailand. That’s how I have to suffer :) !
I slept at around 6:30 am, and missed half of the morning session of the Thai stock market. Damned !!!

Fon Tok gives a very good answer to your question. Just for point 3 my recommendation would be not to choose among these 3 places but rather go to Soi Cowboy and find a go-go girl. Make some search; have a couple of drinks; talk a bit to the girl you like and once you make up your mind go to Lebua and enjoy the Scirocco as Fon tok suggests and after this it is 99.99% sure that you will have a wonderful night with your girl.
-
Real deal!
And of course – nobody of us can compete with that.
You funny farang. All you have to do is start talking about the best late night 'lad nah talay' (flat noodles in gravy with mixed seafood) in town and where to get it. They all flow into submission like a slice of frozen cheese on a patty melt.
and I wonder how much money she offered to the customer that he takes her...
EXACTLY! Must be about 200 Baht, but only if he promises not to snore, steal her purse, or take her to farang breakfast in the morning.
And I saw some gorgeous women sitting there, for a drink or a snack – this area is worth to be checked out in details – next time!
Fuck me Giotto. SHHH!

Excuse me, hello sir, with all due respect, but are you sure that you didn't leave anything out here? Boys night out 'n all, virtually surrounded by incredibly hot Thai pussy, and NO boom boom. Really? You expect us to fall for that? Oh, wait, maybe Mrs. Giotto reads this thing too. Oops. :D
Thank you Giotto, from start to finish a terrifically informative and fun filled report.
Thanks!
What places do you guyst suggest me to hit for an all nighter? I'll be in BKK for a short time and don't plan on taking out a lady for ST or LT. I just want to have a night fun in various places where the girls don't mind to hang out with you even if you don't plan to BF them. I guess some Go-Go's in Cowboy would be ideal. A few drinks for the ladies, chatting up and having some fun "flirting" and being touchy. The girls wouldn't mind if you just pay their drinks right ? And what about when it's closing time? Girls who hit the Disco's are clearly after guys who wants to take them out. So that's maybe not the best place to go, right? Call it an early night then ?
You could go to one of the Soi Cowboy bars with a lot of coyotes such as Spice Girl or Deja Vu, there are a lot of ladies there who don't go with customers but will be happen to sit, flirt, dance & let you buy them drinks as long as you want.
It might be more economical, and maybe more fun, to bar fine one (or three!) for long time for disco hopping. I believe you'd be able to arrange for about half-price if you make it clear you only want to disco hopping and not back to hotel (i.e. 2000 instead of 4000).
