A few questions for a Brazil newbie, but long time monger
This is my first trip to Sao Paulo and I have a bunch of questions. I can't send private messages yet, so please don't ask me to pm. If you are willing to answer, please do it here. If you provide a contribution I will do the same, like I did in the Medellin forum.
Here the questions:
1) I read Uber is cheaper, even cheaper than in Medellin, at least on Numbeo. Is that true?
2) I have seen I can rent a car for 10 Euro / day, which is nothing really. I do like OTR a lot, it used to be a passion for me, but in Europe is not possible anymore. In Sao Paulo is still a thing? Can I found some hot girls on the road and have sex in the car? Would I spend more than 10 Euro in taxi, considering I want to fuck 4 girls per day, and I will eat (if restaurants are still open) always outside?
3) I'm going to stay in Campo Belo. I have checked the map and most of the working girls are in the Jardins or Villa Olimpia area, which is not too far. Considering that, is Uber still a good option, or I will definitely save some money if I rent a car? I have a free parking slot where I will be staying.
4) I can read Portuguese, most likely, but I do not speak it. So I read local forums, and I visited all the escort websites I could find. In some of these you can find prices. And they are usually between 150/200 per hour, even for very hot girls. Are these actual prices or the girls, like in Colombia, they do bot offer BBBJ included, and they do not kiss? My basic request is 1 hour, 2 shots, BBBK and French kisses. Is usually included in the menu for 150/200?
5) I read about Scandallo and these other places, but I'm not interested in clubs. I do not like them. But it looks like e everyone is going there, on in other clubs, and I do not understand why. There is so much offer on the Internet, and prices are lower than the entrance ticket. Why do people go in clubs? Please explain.
6) Are usually the photo on the Internet real, or they are not?
7) If anyone of you is in Sao Paulo now, can you tell me if the restaurants are open? I mean, can you eat in the restaurants or there any restrictions?
8) Years ago, can't recall exactly when, but definitely more than 10 years ago, probably 15 or even more, two friends went to Brasil and they had a lot of free sex. They claimed, at least. Most likely they paid in some way, dinner, etc. Is still possible? We are talking about normal guys, not particularly good looking in their early 30 (if my math is correct). Now, I'm not really interested in free, especially if the girls are cheap, because I can afford, but I would like to cap my budget for sex at 800 per day, Brazilian Real, not dollars.
9) Do you have any advise on things I should do and things I should completely avoid? Any area of the city you strongly do not recommend? I have a great sense of the street, and I have been in dangerous place, but I don't want to get killed.
10) Which is the best mobile operator and which is the best plan I can get for the money? I will do any call, but I will use Internet a lot.
That's all for now.

I either use Uber or rent a car, depending on where I am staying and availability of parking. If you like driving renting a car is great. Last month I used a lot of Uber. The average ride cost me about $3. This trip (I leave today) I'll use Uber in town and rent a car for a beach trip.
For phones, I had a Claro SIM card but it expired. Getting a new one was easiest at Vivo. It does take some time and you need an ID. The Vivo store at Ibirapuera mall was pretty good.
