A short summary of my recent stay in HK.

I've already reported on my findings earlier but to recap I had a good time overall. Met some nice girls again and have a few numbers in case they are still in HK when I return early next year.

It's still a great place but, like a lot of things, not the same as it used to be in years gone by. Quality and quantity has greatly reduced.

Will be stopping over on way to thailand for a few days, is it possible to get a decent hotel room for $75 per night? On the usual websites I see very high prices even for hostels.

The Kimberley Hotel as a hotel works and is fairly cheap. Around 70-85 USD if you manage to score some deal at [URL]bookings.com[/URL] or [URL]hotels.com[/URL]. Not a five star hotel tho.

I booked from [URL]hotels.com[/URL] and pay $60/ night last time which is 2 years ago.

In HK 700 $ can get you a nice room in one of the good middle class hotels one day for 600 $ and it can cost 4000 $ on another.

But they are hole in the wall and many WGs might not go with you to them. I heard of some DH that ended up in those places with uncomfortable results. If you take a WG, ask them so you can plan for the next trip.
