For some of you American tourists (like me), it may come as a shock that some agencies, epecially those that "sponsor" girls from Eastern Europe/ Russia, won't deal with you if you don't have a SMS number. after having read this holy sex guide. i went on an evening stroll on pigalle's main street. the core of rld. of paris. since i am put up at victor masses. on rue de victor masses. since i read about all rip off reports, i hid like 20 euros in my pocket and kept only 40e in my wallet. i simply was passing by all kinds of invites from those folks trying to sell me some free peep stuff. unheeded i came across a small strip/live lap dance/table dance as advertised just before mc. donald's on my left. looking at the low profile look of the strip joint with just stairs leading up, i thought about checking it out.
"20 e" sir, i paid him and climbed the stairs. to my surpirse nothing goin on, just 1 italian jerk, 1 old lady on the bar counter, 3 hoochies one was in late 40's and other 2 quite young, 1 was black. i was made to sit in a dimly lit tiny room with 4.5 sofas surrounding and a pole in the middle. was approached by this old woman, asked me where was i frm and i said brasil, and she said from barcelona, perhaps only knew that country in her head, and i greeted her in espanol, saw q's on her head, and found out she didn't know spanish, lolz. yeah just making me feel at home.
neways, she ordered beer for me and some orange cola for hereself. bar menu listed "biere" for 5e, and colas for 5e s too. she stood up and started stripping by the pole with now only bra and panty on her, she danced for like 5 mins and then came back to sit near me, wore the clothes again and was chatting with me. she was about to order another round of drinks and i sensed fishy and stood up, went out of the room and guess what.
this italian dude wrote up a bill for 207 euros, lol. just remembered by isg brothers here. and gave a firm resistance that i ain't gonna pay that bill. he threatened me, made racists comments and i reverted back with same to his surprise. i said, call the police and i will talk to them. he was forcing me to give my credit card and was almost about to rob me, and i still gave firm resistance that look buddy i am frm us and you better be nice or else i report to the police and you will be in for trying to threaten and rip a tourist.
he made me wait for 10 mins, trying to scare me. i stayed firm and resisted him, finally after arguing for 20 mins, i said if you wanna take this 20 euros, take it or else i am leaving. tried to stop me, i pushed him off and he let me go.
so folks, who are reading this trying to get a quickie in paris, i think its now for our fellow isg members and i strongly advise not to try! unless you like messing with these idiots.
better off to goto cologne or amsterdam and worth to spend more "es" there!

This place was very hard to find from the completely accurate and incomplete description provided. Some additional clues:
It's near the point where Champs Elysees turns into a park on the north side of the Champs. The awning says simply Cafe and, indeed, unless you look at one of the menus or ask someone, I don't think there is any way to know that it is Le Madrigal. It's also distinctive in that the interior is lit using red flourescent lighting with at least apparently red walls.
There was no action to be had here on Saturday night at 17, 20, 22, or 02 hours.
4. High class women
You do not need an escort service if you have some time. In Paris Sex is the hobby no. 1. Try the following places.
Le Rival (opposite George V Hotel)
Um. Not exactly opposite. True it is on the other side of the street, but, it's a good 2-3 blocks down from the George V Hotel. This is on Avenue George V, about 6-8 blocks from the Champs.
Same story as Le Madrigal. Sausage Fest.
Bound
This is also off the Champs on Avenue George V. It's only a block or two off of the Champs. All I got from this place was a glass of very bad wine for about $17US (10 Euros). No action to be had and the bar was mostly empty when I arrived and rapidly turned into another sausage fest.
Sephora
This place was insanely busy tonight, but, didn't seem to have much (any) in the way of working girls. Mostly Asian tourists, Chinese and Japanese and lots of locals. By the time I got here, I'd become pretty much convinced that Saturday is _NOT_ the night to go looking.
The Champs Elysees
It wasn't cold at all, but, at most, I saw one actual working woman. It was actually hard to tell if she was working, suffering from a really bad drug problem, or, waiting for the guy she was sort of orbiting to get off the cell-phone. Eventually she broke her orbit and staggered in the direction where I was standing. As she got about 5 feet away, she made a sudden turn and dropped her umbrella. The next 5 minutes she spent making the clumsiest most uncoordinated attempt I have ever seen to pick it up. Either this was staged so that I'd use picking up the umbrella as an opener, or, she was really wasted. It was so poorly executed, I figured on the latter and decided to pass.
Drugstore
Great place to go for a 30 Euro ( $50) Caesar salad with chicken and a nice sauterne (sweet late-harvest wine). Was a fairly recent vintage, so, didn't have the robust flavor of a mature sauterne, but, was still very tasty. No action to be had here, either, however.
Place Charles de Gaulle Etoile
The street in question is Avenue Wagram near the intersection of Tilsit. Not sure which direction was mentioned, but, the only bus stop I found was opposite the MacDonalds. There's one slightly closer to the Arc de Triumph and one slightly further away on that side. Neither had any action, but, there were some violent teenage bikers hanging out at the MacDs.
Maybe it was Saturday. Maybe it was my unfamiliarity with Paris and French culture, but, nothing accomplished. Hope others have better luck. If the original author would care to post some tips about time and days of the week that work best, that would be good.

Paris Sunday -- Better, but, not by much
Wandered a bit in Port de Clichy and didn't see anything going on, so, headed back to Charles De Gaulle. Etoile (which is a fancy way of saying the streets leading away from the Arch de Triumph at the northwest end of Champs Elysees.
Paris might be less confusing if I spoke French, but, I suspect not by much.
Anyway, didn't find anything resembling action in the places mentioned. However, there's a street part of which is called Rue de Tilsitt and part of which has another name, but, it is kind of an outer circle around the Arch de Triumph and crosses all the streets that lead away from L'Arch forming the etoile (star).
I did find one eastern european streetwalker who spoke French and very broken English. She was probably mid 40s to early 50s. Wanted 80Euros.
I offered 60, no deal. I walked. She was OK looking, but, not $135+ of OK looking. Maybe a 5 if I've had a few glasses of wine.
Didn't find anything else and it was fast approaching midnight, so, I decided I'd catch the train rather than end up walking back again tonight.
Hopefully those that follow will have better luck. I'm outta here tomorrow.
Ban Thai -- No extras, but, excellent Thai Massage
Went to Ban Thai Spa this afternoon for a EU140 ( $230) 2. 5 hour thai massage and foot massage. Beautiful Thai ladies provide excellent and service. If it wasn't for the lack of extras, I'd swear I had been teleported to Thailand. The facility has wonderful ambiance, music that is pleasant, but, relaxing enough to cure insomnia. The ladies seem to speak better English than most I encountered in Thailand and have a good command (as near as I could tell, but, what do I know? ) of French. Definitely their native language is Thai.
Everyone in the spa is very professional and they are very helpful and descriptive at every step of the way. My attendant gave me a very strong and thorough massage, but, repeatedly asked me to tell her if anything started to hurt and checked if I was OK after each escalation on the depth and pressure applied. Also, the moment a muscle started to tense, she'd back off before I could figure out it started to hurt and I never had to tell her a thing. She was truly an accomplished professional.
I didn't ask about extras at check-in, but, looking at the place, it's set up in such a way as to lead me to believe extras simply aren't part of their process. Still, I left there feeling MUCH better (4 days of walking all over Paris had taken their toll and I was dreading each stair by the time I got there, afterwards, I was back to jaunting up and down stairs like the last 4 days had never happened).
So, although not the place to go for hobbying and a bit pricey, I highly recommend this place. There are some less expensive options (around 80EU for an hour if memory serves), but, I'm glad I went for the full treatment.
