Even with basic language skills, I think gaming in Russian would be an impossible task, so my game will have to be in English + ad-hoc sign language + a combination of the other European languages I know.

I realize that everybody can't afford to splurge all the time, but if you know what's good for you, that idea should be your true focus. Time and again, the lessons have been laid out here, if you simply trust the masters and apply the science. Don't take my word for it, figure it out on your own.
