Search the forum on Chinese or China. There was a great post not too long ago listing most of the Asian places.

Do not set your expectations too high. What you see and read on the internet is mostly hyperbole. The city has some great tourist attractions and good restaurants. I would spend my time enjoying those.

Unless I am wrong, Exex T said in a recent post, or maybe it was on a PM, that he had never been into an Asian place...and did not even know it existed.. so beware of his comments.

For the record, these Asian houses that are listed and described on those posts are all brothels, and do not provide massage, or at least nothing like what you seem to be looking for.. They are extremely good value for money f.... places. And yes, while you recover, Barcelona has a lot of good restaurant and tourist places.
