I did not see any passage from HK to las Chavelas. HK added a huge new wing to the West side, about doubling its square footage, with a new stage. There will not be any shortage of room from now on.

I drive over to Tijuana. Nobody ever asked any question or sold any FMM. Maybe 1 in 1,000 cars is stopped and checked for registration and imported goods.
There is a aduana building next to El Chaparral crossing. You can park and walk in to get a free 7-day FMM, would be convenient in case you want to fly out of Tijuana.

I don't claim to know anything about ownership but chavelas has been around longer than 2005. Chavelas was my first encounter with Tijuana talent (Blondie), an all nighter at that for $40. The photo is taken in Las Chavelas but you can see a hole in the wall and the white door which you can see is the men's restroom in..... Hong Kong club (at the entrance from the alley side). So both clubs will be connected by a passage. This will be the biggest club in the Zona and lots of space.

Went to the HK Monday night around 10 PM. I can confirm the Chavelas and Hong Kong are connected. Wall was removed in back of club from alley entrance.
