Have done extensive research into HSV2 and its very unlikely to get unless you have unprotected oral genital or genital to genital contact. From what you describe in your post none of these happened. The virus is usually carried on the genital areas (penis, vagina and anus) and unless any of these came in contact with your penis you could not have got herpes. Other parts of the body may carry herpes sores but very unlikely. Also it is difficult to diagnose herpes from a quick look in a dimly lit spa. What you could have seen may be scabies. These are caused by unhygenic living conditions and it is possible spa girls can get it through sharing towels etc. If that is what you got it is curable. Do you have lesions in your genital area or somewhere else? Also in India less than 10% of women carry the hsv 2 virus and the chance of you finding two carriers in one spa is highly unlikely. Go to a good STD doctor or dermotologist. Try fortis or Apollo hospitals for the best diagnosis.
