1. Best is subjective, YMMV. Better than Fuji? Yes, most of them IMHO.

2. Yes.

141 is OK, try 148 with the prefix miss for other options and similar pricing profile (that is the further from the island the more economical in general).

I wonder why guys seem to be so worried about the difference between HK $300 or HK $400 ? Most services / goods vary in price depending on the location.

Further Southeasteast is also cheaper.

So Geography does matter.
